Professional development webinar for educators.
Members of the WECAN Early Childhood Research Group will share what they have discovered about the growing importance of understanding the social-emotional development of young children and how the Waldorf approach offers healing for social-emotional stressors in our times. They will also share ideas gleaned from other approaches that can be integrated into our practice. This event will be guided and facilitated by our WECAN I.D.E.A. Coordinators, Lynn Turner and Leslie Wetzonis-Woolverton.

ANNUAL REPORT

2022-23 was an active year for WECAN. Highlights include our DEIJ Self-Audit process with Alma Partners, research on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, new publications, conferences, professional development opportunities, a re-design of our WECAN online store, new resources on our website, support for international activities, and developments in our teacher education, birth to three, and membership activity.
