I host mailing lists using two different software packages: https://dadamailproject.com/ and https://civicrm.org/. Both of those handle pacing, bounces, unsubscriptions and tracking automatically for thousands of subscribers.
CiviCRM is the more capable of the two and free (it's a complete CRM and you can use Mosaico as the editor). Both can be installed to work with WordPress.Phil McKerracherI do server maintenance and troubleshooting1

Look into a package called Sendy. I've found it available within Softaculous apps installer on CPanel.
It's fairly cheap, and you can pair it with bulk mail delivery service through Amazon SES so your web provider/host isn't the mail sender.2

Most web hosts would rather avoid the headache altogether and simply say no to individuals that are looking for email hosting services. If you ask most web hosts if they want to deal with email complaints, you'll probably get a resounding "no" in response.

Upvoted, this is not a bad solution either.
You don't actually need Softaculous to install this or any other package, you can do it manually. You should check with your host that it's allowed, though.
Note that although mails can be sent through Amazon SES (which I have used and recommend) and it's true that it's a pretty reliable and cheap way of sending bulk mail without much impact on the host, there are always risks. The "true" origin of the messages can still be deduced (e.g. using Spamcop) which means there is still some risk to your host if you send spam. Also any spam you send will still be detected and blocked by Amazon SES, so delivery is still not guaranteed. Even if Amazon accepts your messages they may still be blocked by the recipient, for all sorts of reasons. For example, you will still be sharing an IP address with other people who might originate spam.Phil McKerracherI do server maintenance and troubleshooting1

The amount of people running websites that have no idea you can manually install things these days is staggering but people have gotten used to the tools.
What bothers me more about this though is that it means that the whole thing is a 'black box'. That's fine with something like Wix or SquareSpace but IMHO not so much with a PHP+MySQL driven application. It is what it is though - providers can adapt and make things easier or they can lose customers to those that do.
There's always risk if you send spam. This is generally why most spam is sent via compromised accounts / fraudulent orders.
Yup.
Even if you get your own IP allocation, operate on your own ASN, and run your own mail servers - nothing is guaranteed about email delivery. There are things that can be done to improve it but there are no guarantees.█ Michael Denney - MDDHosting.com - Founded 2007

Many options is available in scripts pages but I'll prefer https://acumbamail.com as alternative to mailchimp.

What you are trying to ask exactly? Do you want to find the best email marketing hosting services or do you have software and you are seeking web hosting services?
If you want to run email marketing with tools that allow bulk email without spamming so, Mailchimp is very popular & easy to use. The best thing in MailChimp which inspired me that is you can send personalized emails with one click on your bulk contact list easily.1

I was looking for email marketing hosting services but now I don't think I can do that, so now I'm just looking for something that is a less expensive alternative to mailchimp, I have a really low profit margin so it's hard to market my products...thank you
