MSN allows you to sync your data from apps across all of your devices and browsers, including the MSN website and MSN apps on your devices. In general, most personalized items can sync across your devices by signing into the MSN site or your MSN app with a Microsoft account.
The site did not detect my location correctly
If you're not seeing your location:

Use the Bing bar or Search in Locations menu to look up the desired location;
or
Select the Use Current Location feature in the Locations menu to use GPS. -
Open the correct location and use the Locations menu to make it your Home or a Favorite.
You must be logged in to add a Favorite place.
The current weather condition is not correct
If the current weather condition doesn't match what you're seeing outside:

Check to see if your location is correct, if not you can update it by using the steps above.

Once you've verified that the location is correct and you're still not seeing the correct current condition, the Weather team needs to fix something. Please use the website's Feedback feature to provide more detail on the problem you are experiencing so that the MSN Weather team can resolve the issue.
I can't find my Favorites
Check to see if you're signed in. You must sign in to see and use Favorite places.
I don't know how to change the temperature units
You can switch to Celsius or Fahrenheit either by selecting the temperature unit (C or F) in the Skyline or if you're signed in, you can change this in settings by selecting your account name at the top right of the site and then selecting Settings.
