This is the best school I have ever attended. The family is abundant and the culture permeates the school. The grizzly pride is unmatched and I want nothing but success for this school. It has taught me many lessons and I would like to see this school continue on this path. The faculty are great and the students reflect it!
It is an overall good school. Do I believe it deserves #1 in the state and top 10 according US New ranking? Less so, but it is a good school. Personally, I think the curriculum is very slow for freshman at least, but it is understandable considering I came from an academic center and not everyone are fast, though I do wish teachers take that into consideration more than what I'm seeing. The school/cleanliness is meh, but you can't really expect a lot out of a public school. Overall, it is fine.
Payton was a genuinely good experience for me. The teachers there did well to prepare me for not just the subjects that they specifically taught, but basic skills that help me in College like studying skills, college life, and helping to get financial aid.
