This Walmart in Burbank has the craziest RUDE employees. I think you need to check out the WALMART in PANORAMA CITY because I love my city in Burbank and I actually ha e been a residence for 22 years . I love Burbank But Walmart employees are horrible , terrible , rude . I decide to drive to the other Walmart to get a better customer service and spent my money in that area.. Thank you to ALL Employees in PANORAMA CITY 5 Burbank WALMART does not deserve any star's need to change most of your customer service in your retail is not friendly at all. I've tried to come again and it's not the same way as Panorama City walmart, Thank you for PANORAMA City WALMART NOT BURBANK Terrible...

Very slow service when u need to purchase something to big for a cart. Multiple Employees literally ignore me when I asked for help. But this is what u expect from Walmart.

Bad quality passport photographs. I went yesterday to walmart around 7PM. The Guy who took photos click 8-10 picture for passport as every time he missed something and finally he printed out photos and I paid there and come home. After come home I see clearly that photos are totally blur, pixelated just a trash and later went to another place to click passport photos.

I really can't even give this place one star. It was a mess when I came in. I went in for some sleep medicine and cold medicine because my husband isn't feeling well. We buy our stuff at the cosmetics cashier and after paying I realized we over payed for something. We take a picture where the item was found with the price under it. We go to the lady and ask her for a refund and said that it was priced incorrectly. She leaves and comes back and tells us there are only two managers and ones busy and the other one was ABOUT to be busy!! Wtf? About to be?? So I said well can I return it and just get refunded and she told me I'd have to go to customer service. So we go to customer service and wait in line for 15 minutes with some lady talking crazy next to us and decided it wasn't even worth it. Bad bad bad experience all together. It is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been to.
