Pickup and Delivery

Take advantage of Walmart's Everyday Low Prices on a huge assortment of groceries and more. Save time by shopping online using Walmart’s pickup and delivery service. To see if your address qualifies for delivery, go to your account, or create an account, and then select Delivery from Store.

Simply place an order online, choose a timeslot, and an associate will gather your items and place them in bags. When your order is ready, we'll send a Ready for Pickup email if you’ve chosen to pick up from your local store or your order can be delivered right to your door.

Picking up your order

To check-in online or the app:

  1. Select Check In from your email or app.
  2. Once you’ve checked in, head to the store and park in one of the Pickup parking spots.
  3. When you arrive, select I’ve parked.
  4. Enter the spot number and color of the vehicle. A Walmart associate will bring your order to you.

If you’re having issues using Check-in from the Walmart app, use the store check-in steps.

To check-in at the store:

Use one of the Pickup parking spots and call the phone number on the parking sign or in your confirmation email. A Walmart associate will bring your order to you.

Delivery of your order

A local, third-party delivery driver will bring your order right to your door. After the driver picks up your order, you'll get a notification letting you know the driver is on their way. In some cases, the delivery can take up to two hours to get to you.

If you're satisfied with your delivery experience, you can leave feedback and add a tip for your driver.

Delayed or canceled pickup orders

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Before you contact customer care, be sure to:

  • Wait for the Ready for Pickup notification.
  • Use our check-in option before you leave for the store and when you arrive.

If you've received the notification and checked in before you arrived and are still experiencing a delay, call the store. You'll find the phone number in our app or when you arrive at the pickup location.

For any other concerns about wait times, select the Chat with us button.

Delayed or canceled delivery orders

If there's a delay in your scheduled delivery, you may get a text message or push notification inviting you to reschedule your delivery order or change to a pickup order. You can reschedule your delivery order or choose a pickup time slot within the next 24 hours. If you pick up your order, we'll refund your delivery fees and tip.

If you still don't have your order after your delivery window has passed, select the Chat with us button.
