Dear Wolves fans, we are excited to welcome you back to the Wolves’ games. Here you’ll be able to find information regarding the games where certain specific rules apply.
In close coordination with the Wolfsburg health authorities, VfL aim to offer its fans a safe and fan-friendly stadium experience through an optimised hygiene concept, which incorporates the most important comments from supporters via the FanLab survey and through various discussions. What is necessary or has been implemented for this is listed below. All details are subject to change (at short notice) due to changes in the regulations that are binding for VfL Wolfsburg. Should this occur, VfL will inform everyone about all necessary adjustments as early as possible.
The Lower Saxony Corona Ordinance currently only permits events with up to 500 spectators in the Volkswagen Arena. As a result, the permitted ticket contingent must be distributed among interested season ticket holders through a raffle.
Application Procedure
For the raffle, fans need an account on the Wölfeshop, which can be created at any time at short notice, where they can apply for the game against Hertha BSC through a form. A maximum of ten collective orders are possible.
All raffle participants will be informed via email on the day after the application period. At the same time, the sale will be opened, so that all winners can access and order the tickets on offer after logging in to their account (20 euros, concessional: 15 euros, children up to 15 years of age: 10 euros / wheelchair users: 6 euros, those that are visually impaired or deaf: 6 euros / free for each chaperone / winners from this group will be called by the Service Center to take over the bookings by phone).
The standard order process follows, but an email address must be entered per ticket for the later accessing of ticket and personalisation questions. Orders will be reserved on Thursday 13 January, meaning ticket collection will be possible from that date. In the Volkswagen Arena, seats will be available in the lower tier of the opposite stand. Fans will exclusively be seated in a chequerboard pattern and moving up is also possible.

Follow the Hygiene Concept:
The hygiene concept drawn up by VfL, which has been approved by the Wolfsburg health authorities, determines that VfL fans arrive individually by car, bicycle, or on foot. For this reason, neither a combination ticket, nor a P+R service or special buses will be offered. Sufficient parking places are available in the Allerpark. Further codes of conduct include having to wear mouth/nose protection (FFP2 masks) throughout the entire stadium grounds, amongst other things. Admission is only possible after a standard 2G check, where you will receive a wristband at ticket windows 24-26 (roundabout at the fan house). You may only remove your mouth/nose protection to eat or drink when seated. Seating shall be distributed in a chequerboard pattern. Furthermore, you must always keep at least one and a half metres distance from other people. The formation of larger groups is not permitted. Please observe the standard coughing and sneezing etiquette, as well as hand hygiene (regular washing/disinfecting). Please also refrain from greeting rituals, such as shaking hands and hugging etc.
The following evidence enables you to enter the stadium:
Vaccinated (full vaccination protection after 14 days): CovPass app, Corona-Warn app, or vaccination certificate.
Recovered (28 days after infection, no longer than three months): official certificate from the authorities.
Recovered (longer than three months): vaccination certificate and official certificate from the authorities.
Admission will only be granted upon evidence of 2G status. There is an obligation to wear a medical mask (preferably FFP2) for all spectators over the age of six, except for at your seat. In addition, a distance of at least 1m from others must be maintained.
The exceptions stipulated in the state regulations apply to children, young people, and those that cannot be vaccinated due to medical reasons. Food and drinks may only be consumed at your seat.
Stadium Access
You can only enter the Volkswagen Arena via gate Ost1/Marathontor 2 (ROL). Visiting fans are not permitted in any section of the arena!
Compact Catering Offer
Compliance with the comprehensive hygiene concept also applies to the catering offer in the Volkswagen Arena. Nevertheless, a suitable selection of food and beverages will be offered. Kiosks 5 and 6 on the promenade of the back straight will be open.
Cashless Payment
Payments will be cashless as usual. They can be made via EC/credit card, contactless, smartphone, or the VfL card.
Service Center Open
On matchday, the Service Center will be open 90 minutes before the start of the game.
VfL ask for your understanding that all information regarding special match operations may change – even at short notice – due to changes in the regulations that are binding for VfL Wolfsburg. VfL will inform you about all necessary adjustments as early as possible.

Wichtige Informationen zum Tageskartenkauf

Rollstuhlfahrer-, Sehbehinderten- und Gehörlose-Plätze sind vorhanden (nur über das Service Center erhältlich).

Die Tickets müssen beim Kauf personalisiert werden. Die bestellten Tickets werden nicht mehr mit der Post versendet, sondern per E-Mail als Print-at-home-Tickets, die man sich bequem zu Hause ausdrucken kann.

Der Link zum Ticketabruf sowie zur Personalisierung wird i.d.R. drei Tage vor dem Spiel per E-Mail versendet. Eine Umpersonalisierung ist über diesen Link möglich.
Sicheres und fanfreundliches Stadionerlebnis
Alle Zuschauer müssen nachweisen, dass sie über einen vollständigen Impfschutz verfügen oder genesen sind. Kinder und Jugendliche bis einschließlich 17 Jahre benötigen weder einen Impf- noch einen Genesungsnachweis und auch keinen Corona-Test. Darüber hinaus sind Personen, die aus medizinischen Gründen nicht geimpft werden können, von dieser Regelung ausgenommen. Diese Personengruppen benötigen einen medizinischen Nachweis (Attest), dass sie nicht impffähig sind sowie einen negativen Corona-Antigentest eines zertifizierten Impfzentrums, der nicht älter als 24 Stunden sein darf (kein Selbsttest).
An den Kassen und rund um die Volkswagen Arena, sowie in der Zuwegung von den Parkplätzen im Allerpark und vom Allersee direkt am AOK Stadion wird es ab zwei Stunden vor Spielbeginn gekennzeichnete Kontrollstationen geben. Sie werden dabei helfen, den Ablauf am Stadioneingang zu beschleunigen und Warteschlangen zu vermeiden. Wer dort seinen Nachweis erbringt, erhält ein Bändchen. Der Zugang zum Stadion erfolgt dann nur mit gültigem Ticket und Bändchen. Das gilt auch für Kinder und Jugendliche bis einschließlich 17 Jahre. Wichtig: Zur Identifikation am Stadion bedarf es eines gültigen Ausweisdokuments mit Lichtbild (Personalausweis, Reisepass, Führerschein, Schülerausweis).
Folgende Nachweise berechtigen zu einem Stadionbesuch:
Geimpfte (Vollständiger Impfschutz nach 14 Tagen): CovPass-App, Corona-Warn-App oder Impfausweis

Die gültigen Hygienevorschriften sind beim Besuch einzuhalten.
Alle Vorkehrungen, die die Einhaltung des Abstandsgebots gewährleisten sollen (zum Beispiel Absperrungen von sanitären Anlagen, Abstandsmarkierungen) sind aufgehoben. Darüber hinaus gilt für Zuschauer keine Maskenpflicht mehr, auch nicht in geschlossenen Räumen oder beim Verlassen des Sitzplatzes.
Infos ÖPNV
Mit mitgeführter Tageskarte ist ab vier Stunden vor Spielbeginn und bis zum Betriebsschluss eine kostenfreie Nutzung der Busse der WVG möglich. Die WVG gewährt Inhabern einer gültigen Tageskarte darüber hinaus eine unentgeltliche Nutzung des Shuttleverkehrs vom/zum Park-and-Ride-Parkplatz der Volkswagen AG in Kästorf Nord zur / von der VOLKSWAGEN ARENA. Nach dem Spiel stehen zudem sechs Sonderbuslinien zur Verfügung.
Der Fanshop ist geöffnet

Der Fanshop im Fanhaus hat von 3,5 Stunden vor Spielbeginn bis Anpfiff und dann nochmal eine Stunde nach Spielende geöffnet. Bei Abendspielen macht der Fanshop nach Abpfiff nicht mehr auf. Der Fansaal ist geöffnet.

Das Catering am Spieltag
Öffnung aller Verkaufsstände im Stadion plus mobile Stände, sodass wir eine geringe Wartezeit erwarten. Das gesamte Sortiment inkl. Bier wird verkauft, freut Euch also nicht nur auf die Bratwurst, sondern auf viele weitere kulinarische Highlights von unserem neuen Caterer ARAMARK.
