The space
This is a one bedroom unit. Bedroom have 1 queen size bed. The living room has a sofa.
The unit has central A/C. This unit is a good accommodation for a
small family or couple for a comfortable vacation or business trip.

• Please take off Street shoes while you are in the room.
▪︎Pool fab key needs to go to the lobby security booth. It is because Covid-19 they control how many people are in.
• Please cook on designated the counter for hot water rice cooker. Please do wash all the cookware after use.
• Please rinse off the sand after beach outside the hotel before going to shower.
• trash bin is on obside elevator your leftside behind half way wall.
• Mask needed all the time while in the hotel public area.
• Please not pass the door code to anyone.
• Underneath the glass, the pannal metal strap up is open outside air. Push down when using AC.
• Wi-Fi password is on guests' book @ top desk drawer.
• Please pay attention to the elevator wall in case the notice is for the water shutdown.
• Anything in the unit was damaged or lost. Please report before checking out.

Guest access
Guests have access to all building amenities including pool and hot tub in the recreation area, and restaurant. Building card provides access.
Since Covid-19. Building security controls the number people in pool area. So need to go security booth to get pool key now.
Buses that go around the island is at the entrance of the building. Walk up the escalator from the lobby and the buses at in front of you.
Host willing to pick up and drop off at airport for $25 one way. Parking is available on request. $25 per day, over 10 days parking is $20/day. Will only charge $400/mo, with $100 (Card Key Deposit is for entrance) is refundable at check out. Please notify us as early as possible if you want parking.
