The world's largest ocean theme park. Close to Hengqin Port and just a few minutes ride from Gongbei Port. The park has its own chain of hotels nearby, such as the major Chimelong Hotel, the Penguin Hotel, the newly opened Spaceship Hotel, etc. The park has lots of shows and fun activities. There are different kinds of animals.

Tip: Come before the park opens at 10 a.m., and be sure to plan your visit on weekdays to avoid the massive crowds.

Beautiful! With girlfriend I am happy. The water is clear and bridge is super long, only the beach is just so so.

The resort was far from the city -- great if you could drive there. It was a rather self-contained resort hotel -- once you checked in, you would get all your entertainment and food inside. Therefore, it was great for family vacations. The hot springs were nice but there were too many people. The food was wonderful overall -- and the variety was amazing. There were a lot of games outside after dark. The sound could travel to the rooms easily so it might keep light sleepers up.

The location is close to the Sheraton and the St. Regis Hotel. There is a Grand Theater and Convention Center nearby. You can see lots of HUAFA buildings around. It's a huge mall in Zhuhai with many shops that are affordable; be sure to prepare your WeChat pay or Alipay app. Just a few minutes ride from Gongbei from or to Gongbei port via taxi or Didi.

This is a nice place to visit for a day trip . There is a nice sandy beach , which is very accessible from the ferry terminal , as they run regular shuttles . The minus about the beach is that there is an excessive amount of rubbish in the water and the only option for eating is the super luxurious Club Med . The island is quite small but does have beautiful sun sets . Recommended for a day trip but do not recommend staying on the island , best to stay in Zhuhai .

We came here with our family, bought a tent and relaxed the whole afternoon in the park. It is crowded and pound as many people have speakers and playing music. Bring your own speaker and play your music, that helps a lot ;)

Before the 1980s national reform, Zhuhai was a sleepy fishing port in southern Guangdong. The only (but somehow touristy) reminder of the city's maritime history is perhaps from this row of seafood stalls and eateries. The area is surprisingly neat and clean. Tourists do not get good pricing by local standard but everything is actually quite cheap. Get into one of the restaurants first and let the owner pick your seafood.

Reachable in about 1.5-2 hours from central Zhuhai, its a nice excursion to the countryside. There is a dam at the bottom, with the bluest water. There are a fair few steep stairs to reach the temple but nothing too strenuous. We went because we wanted to catch the vegetarian lunch (located at the car park level down from the temple itself. For 20RMB you get a vegetarian buffet that was delicious!!! See turtles, prayer flags, incense and monks. Awesome experience for my first temple visit and we went on a beautiful sunny and clear day, which made for lots of photo opportunities. Please bear in mind the turtles before thinking about throwing a coin into the coi pond.

We visited this attraction as the last stop on our one-day coach trip to ByHealth’s Transparent Factory and the associated fantastic Nutrition Exploratorium (TA Reviewed) followed by a nice lunch and a quick visit to see (not to travel on) the Macau – Zhuhia-HK bridge.

Our tour-guide told us we had one hour to explore the park. Not long but my wife and I spied a small road train which for ¥40 each offered a quick way to see the park. We bought tickets and within two minutes were on our way. We glided past the biggest dragon ink stone, a few statues, and the Queen’s palace behind locked gates. Then we stopped halfway to as a photo opportunity with a view across the lake, the cable car going up the mountain, and a small arched bridge.

The second half ended at the re-creation of Western Mansions of the Beijing Summer Palace. There’s an information board giving details. Very nice, with plenty of fountains which was refreshing not only for us, but hundreds of others, as we were enjoying the warmest afternoon of the year.

Then it was a short walk to the entrance to the re-creation of the Summer Palace, unfortunately we’d run out of time for a visit. Really, another hour would have been nice to explore the palace.

Was the bus-ride around the park worth it? Let’s say it showed that there’s not much to see once you leave the confines of the palace and mansions. I must admit to a hankering for a cable-car ride up the mountain.

We congregated around the tour guide, who led us back to the coach for the two-hour drive back to YueXiu Metro Station in Guangzhou where we’d departed 12 hours ago.

When you are travelling along the Lover's route line along the beach, you would come across this statue to take a few photo shots. That's all. Crowded over the weekends and especially in the evening when is not hot.

Worth the walk to take some shots if you like art sculpture which l would say is pretty nice. Just another bus stop away is the watch tower and opposite the tower has many restaurants to eat and relax. So is not a waste of time moving along the stretch of beach road.

For first timer to Zhuhai, see wherever it takes you and know what Zhuhai has to offer, but certainly nothing much and not worth it, if just to take a grab car to this statue to see.

This is a small island off Zhuhai's famous Lovers' Avenue. Yelidao is the place of the Zhuhai Opera House and a lush waterfront park. Visitors can easily spend half a day here either meandering in the park or having an afternoon in the mall.

An underground shopping place right after you exit Gongbei Port. Inexpensive prices, you can haggle with the seller on some shops. There are chinese restaurants around and some foot massage parlors. The place can be crowded, specially during weekends.
