- 5.0Senior DeveloperFormer employee, more than 1 yearSingapore
Pros
Good working culture with friendly and helpful colleagues
Cons
Generally having good experience with Viseo
- 4.0Senior ConsultantCurrent employee, more than 8 years
Pros
Good projects Good environment to work Stability of the company Good growth of the company
Cons
They do not value their long term loyal employees much as they should or as other companies do. The increments are bad. They do not consider the cost of living and also the seniority of the person. They don’t want to align their salaries based on their years of experience or the cost of living in a country, and only gives increments like mere one digit percentage. All the recognition of loyal employees is in term of more responsibilities but nothing otherwise, unless you are working in Philippines, then they will recognise you with long term service awards and other benefits. Employees feel discriminated but just do not tell.

Pros
Somewhat a good pay but don't be deceived.
Cons
You will be forced to work during weekends and work extended hours without compensation as clients demand. You are hired and left without any project then they will lay-off employees. They won't re-align you with other projects nor give you any opportunities to showcase your talent. They will just tell you that they will let you go without any valid reasons. What a joke this company is and the people managing it.

Pros
Supportive and friendly Managers and Colleagues (depending on which BU) Flexible (Not an old-school culture) Good work-life balance (Able to be open with your manager) Still have company gatherings and togetherness despite being in Hybrid mode (Which is great!)
Cons
Lack of proper direction in career path and tasks (handling multiple roles) Provided feedback to HR (1 -way communication) Not a lot of budget for internal activities Some managers do need the training to have a better relationship with their team members and learn how to work well with others

I had the opportunity to interview with this company and was offered the position. However, from the very first day, it was clear that the domain they interviewed me for did not have an existing project, and they intended to expand into that area. Just a mere seven days before my scheduled joining date, they informed me that there would be a delay in my start date. Despite sending them three emails regarding my visa status and other necessary processes, they did not bother to acknowledge or respond to any of them. I even reached out to the Manager, with whom I had been in frequent contact, through text, but received no reply. Eventually, I had to insist on a meeting, during which they disclosed that they currently lacked a project and were uncertain about my joining. I am bewildered by their unprofessional practices and deeply disturbed by the mental stress and extreme anxiety this situation has caused me. It feels as though they have essentially jeopardized my employment status. Viseo should seriously reconsider their HR practices and strive for more humane treatment of candidates, including improving their communication skills. If you ever consider interviewing with them, I strongly recommend inquiring about the presence of an active project. Best of luck to all those involved.

Pros
Nothing that is good to share.
Cons
Very very very bad especially the Salesforce practice. They do not have proper training plans expect you to pick up on your own or the seniors to guide/teach but some of the seniors sucks. What they say & do in front are different from what they do behind.
