Website with list of popular drum kit setups, virtual drum kit designer?
I'm getting the itch to get an acoustic kit again. I have a general idea of the layout I want but want to browse some setups first as a sanity check. Is there a website that has a bunch of popular drum kit setups to browse?
Also, is there a website where you can first design your drum kit virtually to make sure it works and create a list of all the hardware you need? Or even just to get a graphic you can take to the store to convey what you're looking for?
drumstructor.com for virtual build.
I just used sweetwater’s website to see what kind of shell packs are available. Most have pics of the drums set up, though you may have to change colors - i found in each line, they had one color set up like you could play them, but the rest of the colors stacked like you’d see them at a music store.
