Vinted refused to refund
Vinted refused to refund, even after acknowledging that their T&C's said they had to. Seller incorrectly listed item which means I was due a full refund. Seems like Vinted accidently paid that money to the seller instead of me. After lots of online chat they eventually said "we don't have to follow our own T&C's, goodbye" and are now ignoring my messages.
