Vinted refused to refund

Vinted refused to refund, even after acknowledging that their T&C's said they had to. Seller incorrectly listed item which means I was due a full refund. Seems like Vinted accidently paid that money to the seller instead of me. After lots of online chat they eventually said "we don't have to follow our own T&C's, goodbye" and are now ignoring my messages.

DON'T USE!!

DON'T USE!!! I was new to vinted. Purchased 4 items 3 of which were not as described As I'd paid Buyer protection I wrongly assumed this would refund my return postage costs. Nope. Vinted does not refund returns. This is an absolute con and cannot believe it's even legal!!!! Use Ebay or the shops. Don't risk this shoddy set up.

Actually really great !

I was extremely sceptical of Vinted after reading the reviews on here, by the time I read them I had already sold an item so was hoping and praying it all worked out fine. It did; i have sold as well as bought on there multiple times and have had pretty much no problems, maybe I’ve been lucky but genuinely I’m surprised by the amount of bad reviews on here. It’s very simple and Vinted has got back to me on the rare minor issue I’ve had and resolved it instantly. I absolutely love Vinted and am glad I tried it out for myself

Shocking. Customer service non existent.

Shocking, this is my second review.
I was accidentally blocked by a seller (genuinel accident) after I had made an offer and they accepted. Vinted were no help…
At all.
They told me to send pictures as evidence that I had been blocked, then told me to check the app was up to date, and try to use the website if all else fails.
That was it.
It was impossible trying to get through to a human.
I had more help from the forum from other sellers than I did Vinted’s own “Customer Service”.
Don’t get me started on Hermes- whoops! I mean ‘Evri’…

Useless customer service team

Useless customer service. The site randomly bans you from listing things that hundreds of other sellers are selling! When you ask why the team keep sending robotic FAQ responses then mark the issue as resolved, when it iisn’t. They’re too lazy to do their job

I’d like to give no stars!

I’d like to give no stars!
I set an account up to sell genuine items and I was blocked!
I provided all relavent information they asked for and they came back saying they wanted more pictures as it wasn’t proof enough..
stay clear of this terrible app.

Recently had a ‘brand new’ item delivered which had 4 holes in. Obviously I wanted a refund, but vinted refused to help me because it was over 48 hours since I purchased it. Since looking at this woman’s reviews she does it time & time again but yet is still allowed to have an account. All they want is their money & don’t care about the thousands of people being scammed

Vinted should be banned

I do not know how this company are even aloud to still run. 4 times this week they have done me over with stuff that is nothing but there own or couriers fault and not once compensated me any of my money back even with solid evidence that I have done nothing wrong. £100 out of pocket and the customer service is so rude and badly handled (when or if you finally get a reply) !!!!

Downloaded the app Vinted thinking it…

Downloaded the app Vinted thinking it would be an easy way to sell my never warn Barbour coat, I uploaded photos of the coat and label with a little description, two hours later I was permanently blocked because they said I was doing fraudulent activity on my account, I hadn’t sold a thing, I hadn’t spoken to anyone and I’d had the account two hours, when I contacted them they couldn’t even tell me why I was “fraudulent”

Please avoid this company!!

Please avoid this company!!! Total rip off. A couple of items I sold went missing and even though I have proof of tracking I have not received the money for the sale. I reported this then out of the blue I received email to say one of my items was wrongly branded …. Total lies and I think the 5 star review I received for this item which still had tags on speaks for itself. I don’t know how they are able to advertise on tv😡😡😡😡😡!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would!!!!! The Worst, absolutely Terrible customer service. Wish I’d read these reviews before using the app. Seller sent me the item I was promised but somehow there was a mix of with delivery and a wrong item was delivered. Vinted refuse to give me any money back because apparently, I clicked “everything’s OK” (which I categorically didn’t, I in fact raised a complaint and have evidence of this). After a couple of back and forths in their app they closed the conversation and will not respond to any of my messages, so I am now out of pocket . I cannot believe how terrible and unhelpful they have been as well as DISHONEST

I am trying to login. Renewed password but still not possible and not possible to submit a complaint.
Ordered items for my grandson and one did not turn up and no refund given. Will never be using this website again. RUBBISH.

Would give a zero if I could…at first I…

Would give a zero if I could…at first I thought what a brilliant selling app…got ripped off with one buyer but would make sure it wouldn’t happen again… decided to list a large amount of skincare/makeup etc. that i’de accumulated being obsessed with skincare etc. and the fact I’ve become vegan so wouldn’t use, thought I would get some money back here and people would get a good deal…woke up this morning snd they had deleted 90%of my stuff… no email etc…they said I was commercially selling!!!! Fuming!!! Took me hours to list :(

Help and review service terrible.

I have had multiple issues with vinted the latest I have had a listing changed because I apparently left false information. I listed an item and listed the item as unbranded as it doesn't have a brand but vinted have told me I've left false information and when I tried to make a complaint about it, I just get the same message back. Other items have been removed even though the items are ever so slightly different again tried to bring it up, but the help service is absolutely useless if it wasn't for the no fees, I wouldn't use vinted.

DONT USE IF YOU WANT YO LOSE MONEY

Terrible customer service. Have not received an item I have purchased filled in a form to state this they have come back to me basically saying that because Yodel have said they have delivered they have released funds to the seller!
I’m now out of pocket and no item

Absolutely useless company

Absolutely useless company. They are not bothered in the slightest about helping with situations that have gone wrong and are always on the buyers side, resulting in you loosing money when it’s not your fault. Sticking to Depop. Vinted’s policies make 0 sense!

Unfair to small local businesses

If I could do a 0 I would, you have loads of perfume adds but everytime I put one on you remove it I am sales representative who gets paid by commission and your destroying the lives of mums that work from home I don't see why I am treated this way when people are selling the same brand as I am (fmworld) but mine gets deleted you are unfair to small local businesses.

Do NOT trust this company

Do NOT trust this company! Their tracking is useless, and the so called 'customer service department' is incompetent and unhelpful. I sold an item this week, sent it by Evri, and the Evri tracking shows that it was delivered to the buyer today at the correct address. However the Vinted order says 'item returned to sender' - totally wrong, and consequently Vinted are refusing to send my payout, and keeping it for themselves instead. I believe this is called fraud!

Absolutely awful!!!

Absolutely awful!!!

Ordered 2 items through the app within a week. Both items were marked and “delivered” whilst I was at work. Get home to none of my items here, no neighbours signed for it, pic of “delivery” isn’t even in my building. Vinted refuse to help or blatantly ignore me and close my case without warning even though I followed their rules. If buying from them I definitely suggest not ordering home delivery as I am now £140 out of pocket and Vinted refuse to help me.

BE VERY CAREFUL

Everyone please please please be very careful on Vinted. There are hundreds of fake accounts selling premium handbags for ridiculously low prices. The user names are a mix of numbers and letters. Always says MEET AND PUCKUP. And always logged under running buggies. I have been caught out and Vinted done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
