Easy and quick upload process

Easy and quick upload process, being able to sell with no fees! This has been a game changer for people who want to sell , especially when people this current day and age are so busy with a million and one things to do each day don’t normally have the time to sit and upload and add this or that an go here or there …for me personally I would not be able to sell without Vinted’s easy quick process . THANK YOU VINTED YOU ARE APPRECIATED

Super fast Payment

Vinted always pays my money into my account max 2 days, but yesterday was super fast it was only 1 hour. Anytime I needed to contact them they have replied straight away. Their rules are clear just some people chose to ignore them. Then when things go wrong then thy make out it’s Vinted fault. Vinted can’t be blamed for unscrupulous people. They could maybe change the rules on who pays postage for returning faulty/wrong items. They need more humans working for them .. not auto responses.

Love the premise and Shipping

Love the premise and the shipping of items couldn't be better. Only issue for .e is that better prices can be found for new items online, where websites offer free postage. The buyer protection fee annoys me- I can't chose if I want it or not- it's clearly just to keep vinted making money. But it should cost less I feel. Still, I do what I can to buy second hand for the planets sake

Mouldy smelling things sold by…

Mouldy smelling things sold by irresponsible sellers which take 7-10 days to dispatch or send broken goods, for then just issue refund and as transaction cancelled you can’t leave 1 star review so all sellers are completely backed by Vinted to do whatever! Yet buyer pays protection fee and delivery on top lol It’s a joke this app! Don’t waste time and money !

Good clothing at a reasonable price.

I am really pleased with Vinted and the way my clothing is being sold. It was a little slow to start with but once I'd got my first item sold it seemed to pick up. I'm very grateful to everyone that buys off me as it means I'm giving people the opportunity to buy clothing at a significantly reduced price and decluttering my wardrobe at the same time.

Respond to Queries!!!

Evening, I downloaded the 'Vinted App,' again to uploaded items to sell - which was simple and easy to do.
However, I've gone back into the App and my Items are nowhere to be Seen?
The Language has alsi changed from English to French?

Are You able to assist, with these current issues I am experiencing with the App Please and ThankYou?

so Easy & Friendly to use

Not being an IT guru I can honestly say it’s so easy to use, easy to upload pictures, easy to explain your items that you want to sell, great advice on what best price to charge, quick & easy communication from being updated who’s looking at your item, to when it’s sold, how to post your item & when it’s been delivered to being paid. Just brilliant & easy. Thank you🙌

Scammed

Bought an item listed as new never used 3 times in its description and was delivered a heavily used and scratched item. Vinted refused refund unless item is returned at my expense which as it’s fairly heavy would be about £7+ and about 1/3rd of the cost of the item

This is also after charging for buyer protection on every single sale. Shocking service and just facilitates scamming on the platform

A Great Experience so Far!

My experience with Vinted has been great so far, a very easy listing and selling experience. Similarly it’s been really easy for purchasing, and finding items at a great price. I would highly recommend if you’re looking to have a clear out and want to declutter quickly whilst making some money.

Scam website, avoid at all costs

Tried selling my first item and they instantly blocked my account for no reason. I appealed the decision and sent all the evidence photos they were requesting, but they still refused to reopen my account. I can now no longer access my pending transactions, and I will not get refunds for the items I purchased recently. Avoid at all costs, it's a scam website. You will be talking to bots when trying to reach customer service, there are no real people there to help you.

This can’t be right…..

It can’t be correct that after the seller sends you a different size from the one shown you then have to pay the return postage to rectify the sellers mistake.
If you can prove that this IS the sellers mistake then return postage should automatically be free so come on Vinted sort this out if you want to flourish.
This has happened 3 times to me now so buyers be warned that sellers errors can cost you dearly - stick to eBay until Vinted get their act together.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
I sold some Nike trainers on Vinted and instead the buyer receive an asos package. Weirdest thing is it was in the packaging that I had used. I know other the seller is lying about having received different items or inpost STOLE my items as I had never seen the contents of that package in my life. I am disgusted, angry and very upset on having lost out in shoes worth £60+ that were brand new

It’s so easy to sell on Vinted

It’s so easy to sell on Vinted. Take some photos, write a brief description, and just fill in a few details from the choice options. You then decide what size parcel it fits in and that’s it. Your notified when it’s sold and just have to parcel it up and take it to a collection point. You can track your parcel and will be alerted when the buyer has collected it. I have already recommended Vinted to family and friends and would 100% recommend it to anyone selling or buying, it’s so easy to use 😁

No option for selling items deemed “too…

No option for selling items deemed “too similar” by AI detection. Had to put them all in one listing with no way of taking payments per item or any how-to on doing this. A bit silly and disappointing as it’s a waste of my time but otherwise okay.

A parcel went missing in February and I…

A parcel went missing in February and I am still without my refund. Each time I open up a conversation I get the same generic response. WHERE ARE THE HUMANS?!? I want to speak to someone but they evidently don’t exist. Appalling systems and terrible customer service.

Customer service is appalling

Customer service is appalling. My account was blocked for listing a genuine designer item that their AI deemed as counterfeit. I followed the guidelines to avoid this happening to no avail.
I asked Vinted what their AI was looking for to avoid this happening in future they have refused to even acknowledge this question let alone answer it. They then shut down the conversation so further dialogue is impossible.
As soon as they unblock my account, I will be removing all the items I had listed and closing my account.
