I downloaded Vinted on a wim to see if I could sell a couple of items I had, expecting them to not sell because iv never had luck selling things before on other platforms… these items sold pretty much straight away, iv now sold over 23 items in the space of 1 month which I personally thing is pretty good going! I did not expect to sell this much stuff in a short period of time, also bagged a few bargains off here myself too! Absolutely love Vinted and would definitely recommend giving it a go to either buy stuff or sell any items you no longer need/want.

AWFUL. I went to sell genuine Dr Martens & Uggs. With invoices & proof that they were legit. Because I wouldn’t accept someone’s absolute barbaric low price they reported me for “selling counterfeit” you try contact vinted & they side with the person buying & block your account. Haven’t used it again because of how awful. Vinted customers will try & get the cheapest deal & constantly send you stupid offers.

I was introduced to vinted by my daughter, I wanted to raise money for a Charity, she suggested I sorted out my wardrobes, I am absolutely amazed to have nearly £200 in my account just from selling unwanted clothes, I am now addicted to Vinted.... Thank you! 😊

I've only been with Vinted for a short while now, but I'm fairly impressed with their website services. The site is extremely easy to navigate- so new members shouldn't have any problems using the app. Members are able to use their creative skills to display their wares and products. Also, setting up an account for selling of items is a walk in the park- easy peasy! I would say Vinted is a necessary alternative in the up-cycle market place.

Very user friendly app and I was surprised to sell a lot of items extremely quickly! I learned not to under or over price items.
I also recommend choosing which parcel service you would like buyers to use before you upload items, or you'll have to go to different places to send your parcels. Just choose the nearest one to you. This can be done very easily in your profile settings by toggling on or off.
Selling so much so quickly kind of took me by surprise! Works very well indeed!

Shocking customer service! Having so many issues with my account, had an issue with my profile picture which they investigated and deemed "disrespectful" (it was a plain beige block colour). Since then I can't buy or sell anything, but I can browse. Constantly messaging them and getting cryptic replies with no clear answers.

I love this company because it allows you to easily sell things you don't need while avoiding waste, pollution. It also helps you buy things economically that are in good condition. I highly recommend this site.

I used to really like Vinted, but as of this this week, the app has become unusable. Adverts now pop up after every 4 scrolls, making browsing a total nightmare. Each few seconds is interrupted by a full-screen advert that you have to click out of.

Whatever AI they use to take down listings is awful and it’s nearly impossible to get an explanation as to why a listing was removed, aside from a vague, copy/pasted message about what’s prohibited.

One positive about the Vinted app is the algorithm that shows me suggested products based on others that I’ve liked. I’ve found this feature super helpful!

Horrendous customer service!! Passed from pilar to post being asked to confirm account details which I fully appreciate however, once I had done this and asked again about my rather simple issue, I was asked to go back and email over and over again.

Agents are quite clearly prioritising closing tickets over listening and helping customers...Do better

As a seller, I've had no issues. it would be useful to have an easy place to see current actions for things to be sent. the mail box can get busy so it's not easy to find postage details. it's nice and quick to list items.
as a buyer, I feel like the buyer protection is a total rip off. I got no assistance with a problem I had as I only had 2 days to report it and I had tried to resolve with the seller first. my bad feedback was incorrectly deleted and theirs has been left on my profile. Very unfair process and was even ignored when I reported it.

I purchased an item from Vinted - my first. When it arrived it didn’t suit me, so I decided to list it sell myself. I was accused of counterfeiting by Vinted even though I tried to explain that I had bought the item from Vinted only days previously. Numerous attempts to explain to Customer Service fell on deaf ears. I was banned from using the site. Customer service is beyond useless.!

Thank you vinted! Seller review: Easy to photograph and put on, no faffing with postage it just gives you a drop off point. And even if you only make a couple of ££s it's better than clothes sitting in your wardrobe that you never wear! Having a declutter has never been so easy!

Decent when things go wrong. Terrible when any slight hiccup. Pay for protection however this doesn’t actually give you anything. They won’t allow you to make a complaint against them and have no timescales for missing parcels just hold your money for months.

More of a pain than positivity.
Vinted constantly deletes listings, saying prohibited items, when they aren’t. It’s always a copy & paste robotic reply. Threats of account blocking etc. real humans need to check & reply in conversation. If there was another free to sell site, especially offering cheaper “protection” to buyers & cheaper delivery, due to amount of parcels per day for these companies, then I’d use that

Great format for selling, buyer pays postage so you get to keep all of your earnings.

I have only been on Vinted for a week and got recommended by a friend to try it out as he knew I wasn’t having much luck selling my items on another platform and so far I have sold £50 worth of stuff in only a week.

Would recommend Vinted to everyone as it is hassle free.

I think vinted is a brilliant way of buying and selling with some great bargains to be had. The downside is the length of time that they take to pay out once the buyer has happily received their purchase. I think the money should be transferred immediately rather than having to wait up to 7 days to receive it.

Really easy upload process. I sold 7 items within the first 24 hours which made for a busy posting day! Only downside to that is a lot of notifications/emails for each parcel - around 4 per order which made keeping track of things a little difficult. However, unlikely to sell that amount in one go again. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get rid of clothes/items they no longer wear or use!

So so easy to use! It is perfect for ages 14+ in my opinion as it as simple to buy and sell clothes as well as making money on the side. It is a really helpful app and i would definitely recommend to anybody in need of a clear out, or just getting rid of clothes in general.

I love vinted, it’s so easy to use + feels good that we can recycle our clothes as a society, without having to pay any extra fees! It’s safe to use, nobody gets paid until item arrives which makes the process even faster as things get shipped quicker! Great platform 💚
