I have been shopping on this app for at least 5 years and I recently had someone scam me. They had me purchase an item and then shipped it to themselves so that it would complete the transaction. I alerted customer service which just seems to be automated responses. I requested a refund and I was "told" that they would not be issuing a refund because the item was shipped to me and the transaction was completed. Even after showing them the tracking information proving it was a scam.

Nice platform, easy to list items. Everything is significantly cheaper than on other sites. The only downside is the shipping prices. There should be an option to do shipping on your own, I have some things listed that would only cost $4 to ship but vinted charges $7! Really deters buyers. I've also changed my mind about buying things off vinted knowing I'm wasting my money paying $7 for a shipping label for $1 jewlery

Great for buying. But app is pain in the arse to use. All the Notifications disappear when I only look at a couple of items, even if they are old ticked off items. When I go back to the list, it goes back to the top and I always have to scroll down to where I was. The items are too small on the lists and they are awkward to read. I have seen ads duplicated and you have to be careful what you click on.
