I know a lot of you know about vinted on here so just wonder if anyone has had this I bought an item from vinted 2 weeks ago, it was received by Evri on the 13th but still hasn’t been sent out for deliver it just days “we got it” dated the 13th vinted won’t let me open a case till the 5th of December. Is this normal for vinted? Seems an awful long time!

That sounds like a problem with Evri and not Vinted (or the seller) to me.

Definitely try and get it refunded if it doesn't appear.

I have had the odd thing recently that has taken ages to reach someone. I assumed one was lost but it turned up on the day of being able to open a case!

It does but there seems no way to cancel it now why should I have to wait 3/4 weeks for something surely there should be a way to cancel it and it’s up to the seller to take it up with evri

It's not Vinted it's Evri who are appallingly shite.

Though perhaps Vinted should ditch them for others carriers.

You can choose a different courier I think, depending on the seller. Not much help to op but maybe for someone else

I had this problem too with Evri recently. Tracking said it had been collected but then nothing else but Evri changed the last expected delivery date by 2 weeks so I could not claim until then. I was then refunded quickly by Vinted but that was a month from ordering to refund.
