The Press Room Lounge

The Press Room Lounge is a new-ish hotel bar located inside the Hampton Inn Suites/Homewood Suites Hotel in the historic Enquirer building. Although very modern and esthetically pleasing, I don't think this would be a regular stop on my night out list like many of the other hotel bars in the area for a few reasons.

#1 They don't carry Prosecco, champagne, or sparkling wine of any kind.
#2 It's very confusing and hard to get to. If you do want to go, you'll have to find parking. Take the elevator up to third floor, then the hotel splits in half and you will eventually have to ask someone where you are going.
#3 We came on a Friday night at 8:00pm and there was no one else in there.

I might consider this spot for a quiet meeting but only with a local who knew how to find this place.

They're open 4:30-12am every day except Sunday.
