Meetings

The Village of Rye Brook has a variety of committees that are working constantly to serve you better. Below is a list of our committees, as well as three recent meetings that you can review. Board of Trustees meetings are held every two weeks at Village Hall. They start at 7:30 pm precisely and Rules of Procedure for the Board of Trustees can be found here.
The Planning Board is responsible for reviewing all applications for subdivision, site plans, and Planned Unit Developments and making recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
This council promotes the recreation program in the Village of Rye Brook by acting in an advisory capacity to the Village Board of Trustees.

This group works closely with the community, the Village Administrator and the Board of Trustees to understand and develop a coherent communications strategy that will serve the community for years to come.

This committee promotes the conservation of the environment of the Village of Rye Brook by acting in an advisory capacity to the Village Board of Trustees, and by serving as liaison between the Board and the Rye Brook community on such matter as programs, areas, facilities, public relations and other matters pertaining to conservation of the environment.

 

THIS BOARD DOES NOT HAVE A SUBSCRIBER LIST

The Architectural Review Board promotes and protects the aesthetics, health, safety, comfort and general welfare of the community by preventing excessive uniformity and excessive incongruity in building design.

The Airport Advisory Council meets to discuss matters related to the Westchester County Airport.  The Council also attends the Westchester County Airport Advisory Board meetings and reports updates to the Village. Click here to access the Airport Advisory Council website.

This commission holds meetings to resolve issues dealing with local traffic flow, rules, regulations, etc. Residents are invited to attend to discuss issues related to traffic flow. The commission meets the first Monday of the even months at the Village Hall on King Street.

The five member Ethics Board is in charge of oversight and enforcement of matters that are outlined in Chapter 24, the Code of Ethics, of the Village of Rye Brook.
