Field Day Information for Grades 3, 4, SC2 & SC3

Field Day for grades 3, 4, SC2 & SC3 will be held on Friday, 5/10.  The rain date is Thursday, 5/16.

3rd grade & SC2 will participate from 9:15am - 11:00am

4th grade & SC3 will participate from 9:15am - 11:30am 

4th Grade Moving Up Ceremony -- Updated Information

Moving Up Ceremony Time Change:

The Moving Up Ceremony is on Thursday, June 20th at 11:00am. This time change is due to the regents exam being held at Ardsley High School.

Moving Up Ceremony Rain Date:

The Rain Date for the Moving Up ceremony is Friday, June 21st at 9:30am.

Kindergarten Registration 2024-2025

Welcome Class of 2037!! 

Registration packets for kindergarten will be mailed out in February.  If your child is eligible to attend Concord Road Elementary School, please complete this Registration Form.

Reporting An Absence

If your child is going to be absent from school, please remember to email or call the Health Office.  Please indicate your child's name, teacher name and reason for their absence. The email address is crsattendance@ardsleyschools.org and the phone number is 914-231-0892.

Doing this will alleviate the Health Office from having to contact you about your child's absence.

Important Arrival Procedures

If you are driving your child to school, YOU MUST drop off at the lower bus lot. DO NOT PARK IN EMPLOYEE PARKING SPOTS AND WALK YOUR CHILD TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE. This is a safety issue. Please follow the instructions from our staff when dropping your child off in the lower bus lot.

Some reminders for drop off in the lower bus lot:

• Kindergarten and Grade 1 students arriving by car should exit their vehicles on their own and enter through the primary entrance.

• Grade 2-4 students arriving by car should exit their vehicles on their own and enter through the clock entrance door.

Important!!  Dismissal Times

Dismissal: (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday)

• Primary Walkers will be dismissed at 3:04 by the primary entrance. 

• Sibling Match will be dismissed at 3:04 by the clock tower entrance.  

• Main building walkers will be dismissed at 3:06.

  • 4th grade-side door near the stairs to the left of the main entrance

  • 3rd grade-main entrance

  • 2nd grade-side door to the right of the main entrance

• Buses depart between 3:20-3:30 from campus. Please be patient during the first days of school, as buses and routes get finalized. 

• It is very important to sign up for School Dismissal Manager before the first day of school, so we know how your child will be dismissed from school every day.  

Dismissal: (Wednesdays)

• Primary Walkers will be dismissed at 2:24 by the primary entrance.

• Sibling Match will be dismissed at 2:24 by the clock tower entrance.  

• Main building walkers will be dismissed at 2:26 

  • 4th grade-side door near the stairs to the left of the main entrance

  • 3rd grade-main entrance

  • 2nd grade-side door to the right of the main entrance

• Buses depart between 2:45-2:55 from campus.  Please be patient during the first days of school, as buses and routes get finalized. 

WEDNESDAY DISMISSAL TIMES

• Sibling Match will be dismissed at 2:24 by the clock tower entrance.  

• Main building walkers will be dismissed at 2:26

  • 2nd grade-side door to the right of the main entrance

• Buses depart between 2:45-2:55 from campus. 

We ask that you be at your child's bus stop early and wait for your child. This will alleviate children being brought back to school.
