Viet Lotus Spa, located at 26 Alley 12 – Dang Thai Mai, Quang An, Tay Ho, Hanoi, is an oasis of peace for you to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The City of Hanoi is by the river, while Viet Lotus Spa is the beauty beside the Westlake.

OUR SERVICES

SPA

Spa treatments help increase blood circulation, improve general health, stimulate lymph nodes, reduce swelling, and relax muscles. It also removes dead skin cells, leaving your skin feeling and looking younger and healthier. It is one of the best ways to take away tension so that our customers gain a healthy body and at the same time a mental relaxation.

MASSAGE

Massage is considered one of the oldest treatments in human history. Massage is used to relieve pain and relieve muscle tension. This is also a psychological treatment, such as reducing stress and dispelling fatigue. Our therapists use their hands to create muscle and soft tissue on your body.

NAIL CARE

Nail Care: Nail care is maintenance and keeping the nails clean, preventing nail fungal diseases or nail growth spurts that can cause discomfort or pain. Nail care is also about aesthetics, creating various types of nails that make ladies look more elegant and confident

TRAINING

We offer massage courses for students and customers to become spa therapists, begin a spa business, or understand how to stay healthy and beautiful.

Managing Director

Ms. Tan has 11 years of experience in Spa-Wellness services. With a customer-oriented mindset, she listens to and understands the requirements of both locals and ex-pats in Hanoi. Viet Lotus Spa was founded upon her knowledge and experience acquired throughout Europe and Asia.

Michael Omar

Business Development

Omar has been a business developer for many years with qualified European Business Qualification. He has developed business plans for companies. Also, a computer science lecturer at a university, he focuses on the expert field of teaching Employability and Professional Development and Software Engineering.

Christophe

Sales and Marketing

Christophe, with 15 years working in the luxury hotel industry in France with other parts of the word, and then moved to Asia for a tourism and hospitality business, Chris cooperated with Viet Lotus Spa to share his knowledge and experience in sales and marketing and had developed different marketing campaigns, communities, and events for Viet Lotus Spa.

Having worked at Viet Lotus Spa since 2013, Ms. Van is now the Head of Training and has always received great feedback from her students and clients.

Assistant Manager

Secretary: Ms. Yen manages the daily activities of Viet Lotus Spa, the customers’ appointments, the working schedule of the therapists, deals with correspondence, admits new members, and organizes official meetings and events.
