Click & Collect

The Click & Collect offer is available to customers at select locations nationally, with a wide range of items available to be purchased online. Once your order is submitted and processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS letting you know it is ready for collection. When collecting your order, please bring your confirmation email and ID.

Drive & Collect

You can choose the Drive & Collect option for collecting your online order from select Warehouse locations.

Simply purchase products online, book in a convenient time for a contactless pick up, drive to your local store and park in the designated Drive & Collect parking bays where your products are loaded into your car. When collecting your order, please bring your confirmation email and ID.

Click & Deliver

Click & Deliver is offered to customers in most locations, this includes stocked key items. Depending on the location, size, and service requested a reasonable delivery fee will be applied to the customer’s order.

To check the status of your online order, please click on the red tab on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen when you visit the Bunnings website for Bunnings Virtual Assistant help. Some customers may experience a delay in receiving order confirmation emails. If you have not received an order confirmation email on the same day you placed your order, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Yes, you can return an item if you've changed your mind. View our returns policy.
A refund of the total purchase price will automatically be provided unless a requested extension has been made. To do so, please contact the store you placed the order with via the telephone number provided on your order confirmation email. Orders with Dangerous Goods items in them will be contacted by the store.

To cancel an order, please contact Bunnings for a full refund via our Customer Support team on 1800 797 586, available between 5am and 12pm AEST daily.

Simply come into the store you placed your order with, and we'll happily assist you with a return or exchange.
