It just never disappoints . My trip to Alaska got canceled , 3 days into being stucked in a boat , so I came to Victoria . Always good choice . City is very pedestrian friendly , view is always incredible , food is good and blooming flowers smell amazing.

We never miss a visit to Beacon Hill park when we are in Victoria. It’s a great place to walk about and also encounter peacocks, ducks, owls and lots of squirrels.

Spring time is beautiful with all of the flowers and trees blossoming.

You can connect to the beach and walk and explore for some time if you want.

So many things to see and look at. Decent price to get in, took about two hours to walk around and see everything. Lots of history, beautiful photo display during my time there.

Had a great tour with Ryan, the architecture and history of building was brought to life. The forty or so minute tour really makes you appreciate the effort it took to get the building built, but at the same time recognizes that it was built at a different time, using different labour laws and taking advantage of a native family. The free tour is worth every moment. The gift shop is also well priced and has some good food offerings. Learn some history, learn about democracy, enjoy the grounds and restaurant!

There is ample parking at Craigdarroch Castle, and it's free. The house is enormous, very nicely restored, and the rooms are presented with furniture that was likely used in that period. Great way to spend a few hours, not too far from downtown Vancouver.

Fisherman’s Wharf is just another great part of Victoria to check out. Lots of restaurants to choose from. I’d love to see the area on a weekend when there would be many more people and businesses open. It was a quiet Wednesday when I was at FW, we enjoyed the views and uniqueness of the area. I know we’ll be back!!

This attraction was well worth the money. So much to see and wonderful displays. They had one of London and so much detail went into these displays. I took so many photos. Well worth a visit if in Victoria Canada.

My husband and I did the afternoon tea yesterday as part of our cruise port day in Victoria. So much fun! Yes, very pricey, but probably a once in a lifetime experience. The food and tea were wonderful! Highly recommend the Emoress Blend! Our server, Brad, was great as well! We had a fabulous time reminiscing for almost two hours about a cruise we were finishing up. Highly recommend if for nothing else than the experience!

@ Oswego Hotel overnight to walk to Ogden Point Terminal to meet up with our friends on the ship. Well laid out, signs and helpful staff made it easy to find one another for a visit in Victoria. It’s a stunning view and easy access for all!

Very beautiful layout of the land. An enjoyable setting with a feast for the eyes. Although we didn’t sit down for tea, it would be wonderful . The friendly volunteers told us the historic background of the place , that adds a lot to the experience. Truly amazing to see such well cultivated garden , tend by volunteers with fondness of the plants and place.

In a city known for its gardens, the Government House Gardens remain basically unknown. Maintained by volunteers, these gardens are lovely, diverse, and inspiring. A guided tour is worth the expense, and I can recommend Arthur and Leslie as guides with great knowledge and a passion for the gardens.
