Canceling my service after four years due to the bad outsource customer service

My name is Denia Anderson and Ive been on the phone for over two hours calling all different kinds of numbers being left on hold for 45 minutes at a time trying to set up my online account and I keep getting kicked off the site and no help in that area and this has been happening for me to me for the last three months or so. Ive been having problems and my phone bill increased and I dont understand why the customer service representatives are not very nice and they hang up on me or they just dont come back to the phone and they leave you on hold and theres a bad language barrier and I need to talk to someone who speaks English to help me because I am really frustrated with this whole thing and its been happening for the last few months

Verizon just sucks, that's it, and they can't really help it they just are full of *** and customer service is TERRI-BAD I will never ever use Verizon wireless again ever in my life, if they were only phone company left... Well time to go get some 2 way radios and give up what convenience I actually got when I was paying them as much for 1 line as I could get 2 phones and 2 lines with t mobile and was still 10 bucks cheaper with better service... Never again Heed my warning peeps, they out to get ya at that place.

I have paid every bill I've had yet Verizon believe I'm behind a full month. I also am paying over$200 each month for this service.

I can never get to speak with an agent you will not send me a complete list of my payments and what I've missed. I paid$225 and Verizon shut my phone off a week later.

As soon as I am confident that it can switch my service I will do that. Others with the same service only charge$65 s month for Verizon's outrageous prices.

I was only able to text with a rep, never got to speak to a real person. It was very frustrating not being able to speak with someone. Trying to answer questions while being rerouted to a different screen, then I couldn’t get back to the original screen. I was on the text for a couple of hours it seemed like. I was trying to get the info/ help as quickly as possible, but it was a slow process. This was not the fault of the rep texting me.
