Have you downloaded MSP10 from My Products on your MAGIX My Account? If not, where from?
Given that Movie Studio Platinum 10 is circa 12 years old, presumably you've had it up and running for many years - or at least at some time in the past maybe in 2010 or thereabouts. Are you trying to install it on a computer that is contemporaneous to the 2010-15 era or on to a much more modern computer that might be running Windows 11? There could/might be problems with the latter.

For what reason? Sony/Vegas Movie Studio Platinum is now a discontinued product.
Do you have enough free disk space on your hard drive? First though, do you have a legitimate serial number for that program and did you download it from a reliable source? That program was not freeware.
I understand that Costa Rica's official language is Spanish - is 'sturiope' a Spanish word? Google Translate shows the Spanish translation for 'studio' as being 'estudio'. On the surface, 'Moviesturiope10' does not look like a legitimate file name.
