Pros
Coworkers at the clinical level are amazing people.
Cons
Management is incredibly toxic and out of touch. Driven by revenue rather than by patient care.
- 4.0AnonymousCurrent Employee, more than 8 years
Pros
Good benefits, good PTO, a lot of really good people. It is what you make it. Showing up well will provide opportunities. Mostly M-F schedule, remote opportunities, internal job growth.
Cons
Keeping up with adequate staffing pretty much would help with everything.
- 4.0Family Nurse PractitionerCurrent Employee, more than 1 yearPortland, OR
Pros
This company may offer one of the only remaining places in Portland to practice internal medicine in a smallish clinic setting.
Cons
They don’t pay the MAs enough so there is constant turnover and no institutional memory.
- 3.0HR ProfessionalCurrent Employee
Pros
I like working here my team is so fun and supportive
Cons
Everywhere has places they can improve
- 2.0Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)Current Employee, less than 1 yearVancouver, WA
Pros
The doctors there are phenomenal and I loved working with them!!
Cons
I do not recommend working in this department. The manager, supervisor, and lead all work against their employees and do very little to show appreciation. They very dryly make it seem like they care or whatever but really, they don't care about you, they care about what you can do to make them look good! I spent 4 years at Vancouver Clinic; my last 6 months with GI. I wish I never transferred!

- 4.0Nurse PractitionerCurrent Employee
