The Vancouver Clinic's (TVC) billing department blatantly lied to me in regard to a reimbursement I was suppose to receive. You see, as many of you, I was prescribed a very expensive medication and did not have insurance at that time. I hoped that the Pharmaceutical's Hardship Program would help me out. In the meantime, I did the responsible thing and reached out to the Vancouver Clinic's billing department to start a payment plan in hopes that when my application for the Hardship Program was approved they would pay them and I would then be reimbursed the portion I had already paid. I must say, getting approval from the Pharmaceutical company was a tedious and frustrating process but it was worth it. Even when I could tell an electronic payment had been made to TVC by constantly monitoring the Pharmaceuticals website, it took many calls to their billing department for them to concede that they had but

For less than an hour annual check up visit, during which nothing special has been performed and physician tries to get rid of you ASAP, I got over $1,500 bill. That is for a healthy adult, can't imagine what it will be with real health issues. Another puzzling staff, while there were no other visitors, you still need to sit and wait.

I absolutely love this Location! I usually get seen at the Vancouver Location for my PCP but this place is a great place for Walk Ins and conveniently located in town. They express true concern for their Patients. I witnessed a lady coming in needing help right away because her blood sugar was dangerously low. They got immediate help out in the waiting to assist her despite the fact they were booked and busy. To me that shows that they truly care about the well-being of others. That's the kind of Clinic I want to keep going to. Thank you guys for all your hard work.

If you would like to learn just how meaningless you can feel, by all means go to the Vancouver Clinic. I had made a same day appointment on a day I was getting off work early. I ended up working a full day and had to push my appointment back until 4 o'clock. I ended up working overtime and had to call to reschedule for another day. The Vancouver Clinic charged me for two fifty dollar fees. I was told it is their policy not to charge a fee if it's work related. They waived the first fee but refused to wave the second fee stating that it was a legitimate charge. I have explained several times it is entirely work related and it is not my habit to run late or miss appointments. The people making these decisions will not talk to you on the phone and once they make a decision they do not review it. You must live with whatever decision they make whether it's right or wrong. My doctor was okay the pharmacy was okay and the lab was ok but their business department is horrible! Look at other reviews about them, this is not an isolated case. When a mistake is made you are going to be left holding the bill!

Had to wait almost an hour for my appointment even though there was no one else there, either coming or leaving. And then I had to wait in the examination room also after I finally got back there. I also had my appointment not coded correctly for the insurance, but have been getting the run-around and very rude customer service from their billing department and then also management when I've tried to correct the issue. My suggestion is to avoid Vancouver Clinic until they improve their customer service and coding issues.
