The Following Relics are extremely important and should be prioritized above all else, as they are requirements for several dozens of achievements:

This update added one new stage to the game, as well as 2 new weapons and 6 new achievements.

Roadmap:

• Launch the Tiny Bridge stage with any character and collect the Chaos Altemanna relic for the "EXTRA: Chaos Altemanna" achievement. Meanwhile, collect 20 Orologion items (the item that freezes time) to unlock the "EXTRA: Whiteout" achievement and the Whiteout stage.
  
• Launch the Whiteout stage with any character, then:
  
  • Collect the Glass Fandango weapon within the stage (use the Mad Groove arcana card)
    
  • Follow the green arrow on the screen (or check your map) to find and collect the Antidote relic to earn the "EXTRA: Antidote" achievement.
    
  • Upgrade the Glass Fandango weapon to level 7 and evolve it (Glass Fandango + Wings) to unlock the "EXTRA: Glass Fandango" and "EXTRA: Celestial Vouge" achievements
• Survive in the Whiteout stage for 20 minutes to earn the "EXTRA: She-Moon Eeta" achievement.

Update 1.9.0 was a free patch that added 8 new achievements to the game.

Note: There is an achievement for killing 161616 bats in total. Your kills made prior to this update will count towards this as well, but the achievement will only be unlocked once you exit a stage.

• Launch the Boss Rush level and survive until the Atlas Gate item spawns, then collect it for the [EXTRA: Adventures] achievement. Exit the stage.
  
• Lunch the Astral Stair stage and proceed to check its many rooms to look for the golden finger item, which is always found in the center of the side rooms. After collecting 5 golden fingers you'll unlock the [EXTRA: Space 54] achievement. Exit the stage.
  
• All remaining achievements from this update can be earned in the new "Space 54" stage. Launch this stage and proceed to acquire the two new weapons: Phaser and the Pako Battiliar.
  
• Upgrade both weapons by acquiring the Empty Tome and Hollow Heart accessories and leveling them up. This will grant you the [EXTRA: Phas3r], [EXTRA: Photonstorm] and [EXTRA: Bat Robbert] achievements.
  
• Survive until minute 18 so the item "Brave Story" spawns, then collect the item to unlock the [EXTRA: Brave Story] achievement
  
• Survive until minute 20 in the Space 54 stage to unlock the [EXTRA: Space Dude] achievement. Exit the stage.
  
• In case you still haven't unlocked the [EXTRA: Pako Battiliar] achievement, go to the Bat Country stage and grind until you reach a total of 161616 bat kills.

Patch 1.5.0 added 6 new achievements to the game, 5 of which require collecting new specific items within some stages.

The following roadmap was adapted from the official patch notes released by the Vampire Survivors developer team:

• Reach level 80 in the Inlaid Library stage with the Inverse modifier active to unlock the new Astral Stair stage.
  
• Find the following 3 items in the Astral Stair stage: Map of Astral Stair, Chaos Rosalia and Trisection.
  
• Find the Map of Mt. Moonspell in the Mt. Moonspell DLC stage.
  
• Find the Map of Foscari in the Lake Foscari stage.

For convenience, the Vampire Survivors' stages will be divided into three categories:

• Main Stage
  
• Bonus Stage
  
• DLC Stage

Each main stage will have one of each of the following achievements:

• Find some specific item (unlocks the item for future runs)
  
• Reach level X on the stage (unlocks the next main stage)
  
• Defeat a specific boss enemy within the stage (unlocks hyper mode + bonus stage)
  
• Find and open a coffin within the stage (unlocks a new character)
  
• Survive until minute 31 (unlocks a Randomazzo card)
  
• Defeat X number of a specific common enemy (unlocks a new character)

Each bonus stage will have one of each of the following achievements:

• Unlock the stage itself
  
• Survive for X minutes in the stage

As of the writing of this guide, there's only one DLC stage, Mt. Moonspell. All achievements regarding this stage will be covered in a dedicated section.

On top of all of that, most stages have one or two relics to be found. Relics will be listed on a dedicated section, at the end of the stage-specific achievement sections.

There are currently 4 achievements which require you to reach minute 31 in main stages. The catch here is, once you reach minute 30, an extremely strong "Death" enemy will spawn. This enemy moves extremely fast and will kill the player in 1 hit. There are a few item combinations you can use to reach minute 31, however, the most consistent one by far is the shield+freeze combo.

Use the following items together:


This item combination takes advantage of the fact that the Death enemies can be frozen, and can't one-shot you through the Laurel's shield. You'll always be able to freeze those enemies as they get close to you, but you'll need the shield to tank the hit.

NOTE: Those achievements can only be unlocked after finding the Randomazzo Relic! Refer to the [All Relics] section for more information on that.

This achievement is unlocked upon collecting all relics in the main game stages. The player is guided to all relics by a green arrow on the screen.

Note: The Milky Way Map and Randomazzo relics are of very significant importance, as you'll need them to be able to find several other collectables and achievements (6+24 achievements respectively!).

The Yellow sign is a relic of particular importance, as some other relics can only be found after you've reached it.

To find this relic, you must survive until 14 minutes in the Moongolow stage, with a so called standard character, then defeat the stage boss. This will take you to the secret stage called Holy Forbidden, where you'll have to run through waves of enemies until you reach the Yellow Sign at the end. I've found Poe to be a really good character for this, as his Garlic weapon makes quick work of the weak enemies in this hidden stage.

The Skip achievements are unlocked by surviving until the time limit of the respective bonus stage, as shown in the following table.

The Eudaimonia M. stage is unlocked after acquiring all of the game's relics. It'll be available at the very top of the stage selection screen.

There are 4 achievements related to this secret stage. Follow these steps to unlock them all:

• Walk into the middle of the stage and select the [OK] option every time it shows up.
  
• Eventually, you'll receive 2 different options. Pick the "Too Easy" Option to unlock the Gracia's Mirror achievement [Relic]. This will unlock Reverse Mode.
  
• Open any other level and check the "Reverse" box. Then leave the stage.
  
• Eudaimonia M. will be available once again. Go into the stage, but this time select the "Too Hard" option. This will unlock the Seventh Trumpet achievement [Relic], which unlocks Endless Mode.
  
• Open any stage in Endless Mode, then exit to the main menu.
  
• Open the Eudaimonia M. stage one more time. Now you'll have to fight the final boss. The achievement "Greatest Jubilee" will be unlocked after the game credits.
  
• Finally, select the Gallo Tower level and play it in Reverse Mode. Reach level 80 for the "EXTRA: Tiny Bridge" achievement.

This stage was added on February 2023, together with 3 achievements:

The Bat Country stage is unlocked by reaching level 80 in Inverse Mad Forest with any character.

The other 2 achievements are acquired by finding the two special items, which spawn in the Bat Country stage at the 9:00 and 18:00 marks.

Checklist of the Mount Moonspell achievements, in order of accessibility:

Item: The Night Sword can be found at the highest accessible point of Mt. Moonspell itself.

Boss: the Orochimario spawns at minute 25, at the player's location.

Coffin: After you've found the Milky Way Map [Relic], the coffin will show up as a question mark (?) in the map. Defeat all the special enemies guarding it and open the coffin to unlock the Miang character.

Enemy: The Kappa enemy behaves differently from the others, as it spawns in specific areas of the stage, instead of spawning at a specific timestamp. Their spawnpoints are around the frozen lake, at the top-left corner of the map and around the river, to the very south.

Note: if you stay at the very center of the frozen lake, other enemies will stop spawning. This guarantees only Kappa will spawn, making it easier to earn this achievement.

For now, this section will hold every achievement from the new DLC "Tides of the Foscari". Those achievements will be separated into [Stage], [Item] and [Character] sections in the future.

Lake Foscari stage:

Achievements marked with ** will only unlock after rebooting the game.

1. Start the Lake Foscari map with any character and find the hidden coffin to unlock "Eleanor Uziron". Defeat the stage boss, which spawns at minute 25 to unlock "Hyper Lake Foscari"

2. Start the level with Eleanor and focus on levelling up the SpellString, SpellStream and SpellStrike weapons, this unlocks "SpellStream" and "SpellStrike". Note that this character starts with SpellString and receives SpellStream and SpellStrike at levels 10 and 20 respectively. After levelling up all three weapons, you'll be able to combine them to unlock "Maruto Cuts". Additionally, survive for 15 minutes to unlock "SpellString".

3. Start the level with Maruto and level up his starting weapon (needs armor) to unlock "Keitha Muort". Additionally, survive for 15 minutes to unlock "Eskizzibur".

4. Start the level with Keitha, survive for 15 minutes to unlock "Flash Arrow" and level up her starting weapon to unlock "Millionaire". After levelling up her weapon, go to the top-right corner of the map, on the peninsula in the big lake, there'll be a crystal floating there, destroy the crystal to unlock "Abyss Foscari**". This will unlock the Abyss Foscari stage.

5. Start the Abyss Foscari stage with Maruto, then open the map and go towards the question mark. Upgrade his starting weapon and destroy the crystal to unlock "Luminaire Foscari**"

6. Start the Abyss Foscari stage with Eleanor, open the map and go towards the question mark. Upgrade her starting weapon and destroy the crystal to unlock "Genevieve Gruyère**". Doing this will trigger the final bossfight of the DLC. Defeat the final boss to unlock "Hyper Abyss Foscari".

7. Start any stage with Luminaire Foscari, then survive for 15 minutes to unlock "Prismatic Missile". Level up her starting weapon to unlock "Luminaire".

8. Start any stage with Genevieve Gruyère, then survive for 15 minutes to unlock "Shadow Servant". Upgrade her starting weapon to unlock "Ophion". Defeat 100.000 enemies in a single run with her to unlock "Je-Ne-Viv".

9. Start any stage with Queen Sigma and banish 20 weapons to unlock "EXTRA: Seal II"

10. In the Abyss Foscari stage, defeat 6000 Rotting Ghouls to unlock "Rottin'Ghoul". This enemy spawns all throughout the stage.

11. In the Lake Foscari stage, defeat 6000 Sammy Catterpillars to unlock "Happy Birthday". The following map shows the location of an area where they spawn plentifully:

Vampire Survivors has a lot of different characters, each with their own unique starting weapon and passive bonus. There are 3 different types of unlockable characters:

• Standard Character
  
• DLC Character
  
• Special Character

Special characters are not required for any achievement, so we'll be ignoring those.

Each character has a dedicated achievement, which is unlocked after earning access to the character. Additionally, all Standard and DLC characters have achievements for either reaching a specific level or surviving a specific amount of time with them.

Some characters have achievements involving additional challenges as well.

In total, there are 29 achievements directly associated with unlocking characters.

Every character has some type of unlock condition and, alternatively, can be unlocked by casting a spell in the Secrets Menu, after the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane [Relic] has been found. Note that every character must be purchased using the in-game coins after being unlocked.

The achievements in this section can only be unlocked with their respective characters. The Randomazzo relic is needed for many of the following achievements.

Here are checklists of each character's achievements:
This character is the last one you'll unlock, as you need to complete the collection for that. Her only achievement is for defeating 100K enemies in a single run. This achievement is covered in more detail in the "100K kills in a single run" section.
The Following achievements are restricted to DLC characters:

There are 3 characters that have this challenge as the requirement for their achievements. Those characters being Queen Sigma, Menya and Syuuto.

Something to keep in mind is that Endless Mode makes those achievements trivial, as you won't have to deal with the main thing that makes this difficult, which is getting the 100K kills in less than 30 minutes. For more information on Endless Mode, check the Eudaimonia M. [Stage] section, more precisely, the part about Endless mode.

A good stage to get this on, with Queen Sigma and Syuuto, is Gallo Tower, as it's a tight level with many waves made up of weak enemies.

For Menya, the best map is the Inlaid Library, as it's easier to kill enemies with the Four Seasons weapon there than in Gallo Tower.

The Bat Country stage is reportedly the easiest stage to get these achievements on at the moment, since most enemies are simple bats.

General tips:

• If you're playing without endless mode, you'll want to maximize your damage output, and invest little in survivability.
  
• That being said, the minimum survivability setup you should go for is Armor + Laurel.
  
• Some must-have passives for high DPS are the Spinach (+10% damage) and the Empty Tome (-8% cooldown time).
  
• Having weapons with high knockback helps protect you from enemies with high health. My personal favorite weapon for this is the Silver Wind [DLC], but the King's Bible works fine too.

The following achievements are for unlocking and upgrading all the game's weapons and passives.

Note: Gold Ring, Silver Ring, Metaglio Left and Metaglio Right can only be acquired in stages after the Yellow Sign has been found.

The following achievements are unlocked upon properly evolving or combining DLC weapons:

"Banish" Achievements
Those achievements are unlocked after filling entries in the collection, from 60 to 100 entries. They gradually unlock the option to purchase "Banish" upgrades.

EXTRA: Seal,
Banish 10 weapons in a single run. After purchasing all "Banish" upgrades in the permanent upgrades menu, you'll be able to ban up to 10 items in each run. Note that passives don't count towards this.

The following characters can be easily unlocked through the spell [cheat code] system and are not required for any achievement:

The following table shows the unlock condition of every single Arcana card. The Arcana system is unlocked upon finding the Randomazzo relic.

This free update added one new stage, one new weapon and 7 new achievements.

• Banish 40 or more weapons in a single run to unlock EXTRA: Seal III. This can be done in the Laborratory stage after it is unlocked by following the next step. Select Queen Sigma to increase your item banishing actions.
  
• Collect a total of 33 Rosaries cummulatively to unlock the EXTRA: Laborratory achievement and the Laborratory stage. If you've played the game enough before this update, just open any stage and exit to get the achievement and unlock the new stage.
  
• Launch the Laborratory stage. Find the big rooms with levers in the middle and activate them until you get the Santa Javelin weapon, then upgrade it to level 7 to unlock EXTRA: Santa Javelin and evolve it using the Clover to unlock EXTRA: Seraphic Cry.
  
• Continue to interact with those levers inside the rooms until you find the Arma Dio item to unlock EXTRA: Arma Dio.
  
• Go to the bottom of the stage where the train tracks are, then interact with the levers found throughout the length of the tracks at the bottom to activate the train. After dealing a total of 25120 damage to enemies with the train, you'll unlock EXTRA: Carlo Cart.
  
• Survive for 20 minutes in the Laborratory stage with any character to unlock EXTRA: Santa Ladonna.
