Incorrect order/ missing package disaster
I placed an order for a pair of sneakers on 3/22 the item was delivered quickly however, I received the incorrect size. When I called customer service they acknowledged it was their error and said I would be sent the correct size. I returned the incorrect size back. After a day, I never received a confirmation email regarding shipping of my new order, so I called customer service. I was told it would take a few days for the item to be reviewed etc. which was not told to me when I placed the original call. I was so frustrated and annoyed I then canceled the entire order. I checked the site again to reorder the item only to realize it was no longer in stock. I’m assuming this is why I didn’t receive a shipping email. I then placed an order for another pair of sneakers. However, this time I never received the item. Customer service was not helpful and didn’t seem to care that I didn’t receive my package. This is the second time I didn’t receive a package from UO. This was my last time ordering from the merchant. Management needs to consider using other delivery carriers to ensure customers receive their package. Had I received the correct size the first time I ordered this wouldn’t have happened.
