In order to turn on ‘Bill My Account’, you must have a UPS.com username and shipping account number, which you can find in your profile settings. - Use it at a Physical Location
If you’re at a store or customer centre, bring your government ID and shipping account number. You can pay online later. - Use It on UPS.com
When you create a shipment online, you can bill it to your account at checkout.
