- Heather RGrand Blanc, MI35 contributionsThese falls rival Taquamenon! There were paved walkways, though some of the areas/stairs were quite steep, it was easy to navigate without any mobility concerns. Was able to talk to the top of the falls. Gorgeous! Definitely recommend a visit. Was a short walk from the parking lot.Written October 16, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RunningGirl14Missouri156 contributionsThese falls are beautiful. We lucked out and went when the sun was rising between two of the rocks over the falls. This made incredible photos.Written October 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Garden guyAlma, MI281 contributionsBeautifall Waterfall within the city limits of Munising. The waterfall is handicapp accessible. Be advised that there is a fee to view the falls. However the fee is waived if you already have one of the U.S. Parks Service passes. Also, the boardwalk was being surveyed in October of 2023 and one of the workers indicated that they are planning on replacing the boardwalk in the future.Written October 15, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RunningGirl14Missouri156 contributionsThis waterfall happened to be the first one we saw on our trip. They are very pretty, and an easy walk to get to. There’s not a lot of parking, but across the street, there is a big gravel area where overflow cars park. When we were there, the street was not too busy, so it was easy to cross.Written October 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RunningGirl14Missouri156 contributionsNot a long distance to walk, but there are a lot of stairs to see these breathtaking falls. Of the ones we saw along H58 from Munising to Grand Marais, these were our favorite. I highly recommend stopping by to see these.Written October 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Mary KDearborn, MI9 contributionsThe falls are beautiful but I was bombarded by mosquitoes and ended up contracting poison ivy even though I stayed on the trail.Written September 6, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Piranha44Holt, MI830 contributionsHiked this and memorial falls the same morning. Fairly intense hike so know your limitations. Trailhead is on m58 at the intersection with Washington. There is a small parking lot on Washington that some were using. Trail is marked with blue diamonds on the trees. If you see a sign that says O falls. That's the one your looking for. The O stands for Olson which is Tannery.Written September 29, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Chevy1806Albany123 contributionsNot a long hike but it's down a hill in kind of rough terrain. Probably would be best viewed after a rainy season. There wasn't much there when we stopped.Written December 17, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jessica M10 contributionsGreat little stop along the drive. It is at a rest area. You can climb the steps and see more of the falls or you can see the lower falls from the bridge. Unexpected but great stop.Written August 17, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- tonynvalcooleyTwin Lake, MI32 contributionsBeautiful stop, right alongside the road. Make sure to stop by and check it out. You won’t be disappointed. - RunningGirl14Missouri156 contributionsA nice flat hike out to some pretty falls. You can’t get super close to them because they go over a cliff, but if you go a little bit past the falls, you can see them from a different view and an additional small waterfall. Definitely worth the hike.Written October 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Kristal S11 contributionsLovely! Right on Highway as you are coming into Munising and can easily be seen from car. Needs to be marked better and parking arranged, it’s at the intersection of two highways . Very close to our hotel.Written June 16, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Luanne h14 contributionsIt's stunning on the Great lake Superior. Staying at a VRBO. Right on lake Superior. The view is spectacular!!!! The small businesses are very happy to see us. Very accommodating. There are shops with jams and pasties and lots of road side parks for picnics and stops for the view of the lake. And the scenery you can't imagine. Breath taking. Every curve is something different. It's God get away. You all need to explore for your self. We are 20 minutes away from Copper Harbor.Written July 18, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- DannyWassermanVirginia Beach, VA4,248 contributionsYou can only see these from the water, so take the cruise to the Pictured Rocks area and enjoy the falls. We surely did. This is an awesome area of the country worth seeing if you are driving or passing thru the UP of MI.Written June 30, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
