2013 NFL Mock Draft: Updated Complete 1st Round Mock Draft

The 2013 NFL Draft is less than two months away. With the combine in full force, some players are impressing while others are not.

Whose stock has slipped and whose has risen since the combine started?

Well, I have to say that my view on Manti Te'o pre-hoax was quite high. I didn't think it would have too much of an effect on his status in the draft, but after running a 4.82 on Monday, I am not impressed. Maybe the outside issues are more of an issue than I know. As a result, Te'o didn't make the cut for the first round of my mock.

I had Star Lotulelei going No. 1 before it was revealed that his left ventricle is pumping at a 44-percent rate. This heart condition is an extremely unfortunate situation for the star defensive tackle, but we can only pray for the best and hope he is okay.

Sharrif Floyd has impressed me more than anyone thus far at the combine, bumping him ahead of Bjoern Werner to the No. 2 spot where the Jaguars will take him off the board.

Dee Milliner's 4.31 and 4.37 40-yard dash times proved he is more athletic than people give him credit for. He won't make it pass the fourth pick in the draft, where Milliner will join forces with Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles. He has the potential to be the best shut-down cornerback in the game one day.

While many draft analysts don't believe there is any quarterback worthy of being taken in the first round, the Bills and Jets are way too desperate for them. I could see a scenario where we have Geno Smith go to the Bills at No. 8 and Matt Barkley go to the Jets at No. 9. Ryan Fitzpatrick and Mark Sanchez are not cutting it.

The other thing the Jets can do is draft Barkevious Mingo to fill a void at the linebacker position and wait until the second round to take a chance on a guy like Ryan Nassib. The defensive load that has been dumped off recently in New York could mean that the Jets are looking to reload on defense.

There isn't a running back available this year that's worthy of risking a first-round pick on. On the other hand, the receiving class is strong, spearheaded by guys like Cordarrelle Patterson and DeAndre Hopkins.
