Be careful as well because people have been able to upload actual viruses to these sites since the moderators there only do a brisk check for trojans.
Also keep in mind that public cheats often get detected.

It is almost impossible to dodge weird stuff, but this site has a custom search that only scan legitimate sites:

However, while all the sites scanned ar legit, not all of them are as easy to use and you still need to check the reputation of the uploader and make sure the app you are download is not outdated.
Definitively do not use Google to find game cheats nowadays.
