PHOENIX, Ariz. - Closing out the regular season in the Valley of the Sun, the University of San Francisco men's golf team continues a busy week as the Dons will compete in the Thunderbird Collegiate (hosted by Arizona State) on Friday, Apr. 12 and Saturday, Apr. 13 at Papago Golf Club.

• Across its last three tournaments, San Francisco has finished in the top ten each time, including tying for third as a team (8-under-844) most recently at the Tiger Collegiate Invitational in Columbia, Mo. Competing on Monday, Apr. 8 and Tuesday, Apr. 9 at The Club at Old Hawthorne, four Dons placed in the top 20 individually - Jakob Melin (T-4^th), Harry Brown (T-12^th), Jackson Rothwell (T-16^th) and Svante Palmgren (T-16^th).
• Previously, San Francisco competed in the Thunderbird Collegiate in 2022 as the Dons finished 14^th overall as a team as a team at 14-over-866. Individually, Toby Briggs was the highest finisher for the green and gold as he tied for 40^th at 2-over-215.
• Overall, this tournament will mark the final competition of the regular season for USF as the green and gold will have next week off before beginning postseason play with the West Coast Conference Championships from Apr. 25-27 at Gold Mountain Golf Club in Bremerton, Wash.
