About the University
The University of Greifswald, also known as the Ernst Moritz Arndt University of Greifswald, is a public research university located in the historic city of Greifswald, Germany. It was founded in 1456 and is one of the oldest universities in Europe, with a rich history spanning over five centuries. The university currently has approximately 10,000 students. The university is located in the picturesque town of Greifswald, offering a unique blend of historic charm and modern amenities.
