Parliamentary America: What if the USA had decided to have a federal multi-party parliamentary system instead of federal two-party presidential system? There would have been big changes to the elections in the American electoral system such as instead of being elected based on the Electoral College, it would be elected based on seat delegates using a party-list proportional representation system.

Space[]

Moon[]

In this timeline, the moon first stepped by humans would had been earlier in the early 1950s due to the atomic age (even though Japan was defeated two years after the US joined the War in the Pacific in 1941, so that was why nuclear technology was never used as nuclear weapons against other countries, but military generals had considered using it against the enemy countries and the Manhattan Project didn't stopped, even after Japan was defeated in 1943). Also, the moon landing would had been earlier from the results of the golden age of nuclear power, energy, and technology, but colonization of the moon didn't started until the early 1990s. Terraformation of the Moon most likely wouldn't be completed until 2060s.

Mars[]

In this timeline, Mars first stepped by humans would had been way more earlier as well for the same reason in the mid 1970s, but colonization of Mars didn't started until the early 2010s. Terraformation of Mars most likely wouldn't be completed until 2100s.

Venus[]

It's predicted that Venus first stepped by humans will most likely happen in the late 2020s, but colonization of Venus most likely wouldn't happen until the late 2080s or late 2100s. Terraformation of Venus most likely wouldn't be completed until 2800s or 3000s.
