I noticed that a lot of people use the games deafult mathmaking system or steam discussions since the game is not as played as it used to be. I want people to know that there IS a community out there for this game, discussion boards just arent a place we frequent. People respond here a lot faster and we have a beginner channel for new players to get used to the games fast pace.

If you don't/can't use the discord and still use the games deafult matchmaking system there are still ways to improve the experince.

When searching for games (either ranked or matched) don't use the online option in the games main menu. Instead go to Arcade or training mode and turn on fight request. This method is a lot faster and you can train with your team/character while you wait for a match to load. If no match shows up after a while, exit training or Arcade and reset and renable fight request.

https://discord.gg/ZvzQUdq UMVC3 EX Discord: EX is a mod for the game that buffs lower tier characters and removes infinites from the games among a couple of other things. EX will not work with Vanilla UMVC3 and attempting to play someone with EX while running vanilla or vice versa will result in a desync. This EX server is made for matchmaking and for downloading the latest EX updates.
