Nice modern hotel, we chose a room with Queensize bed which was enough. Matrze was really comfortable! There is a air conditioning that was very pleasant! Allergic people may have to know that the rooms have a tape floor. Exterior parking 15€, we found honestly too expensive. Breakfast buffet was beautiful, coffee full-automat with fair trade coffee, tea choice, fresh inger and citron .... delicious croissants ... the great, you can breakfast on the terrace ... The staff were all very friendly:-)

This trip went to several hotels during the trip. Except for the Hilton at the airport, this hotel was the most satisfactory one on this trip. The price is very affordable, the rooms are clean and clean. I heard that it was a new hotel that was renovated last year. I heard from the front desk that there is an old Riku Hotel about 10 minutes’ walk away from this hotel. Like other hotels in Europe, there is no kettle inside. , Slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes and the like, shampoo and shower gel in a bottle. Other facilities are available, including tables, lamps, hangers, etc. The hangers are not fixed in the cabinet, but can be taken out to hang clothes, which is very nice. Besides the location, next to the ULM Cathedral, the entire town is built around the Cathedral, so I will never be afraid of getting lost, and I can go back to the hotel smoothly if I walk. Downstairs is a well-known restaurant for eating pork knuckles and beer, and there is an Alnature supermarket next to it, which is all convenient. By the way, the front desk of the hotel only works in the afternoon. There is no one in the morning and no one after 10 in the evening. Because the train is delayed, the hotel arrives after 10 o’clock. The key is to call the switchboard and get the key through the KeyBox next to the door. Come out, give a reference to those who are late.

A cheap and good opportunity to stay in Neu-Ulm. In 15-20 minutes is the Ulmer city centre walking distance. The hotel's equipment is moderately spartanian,but it's enough for a short stay. It's also very clean in the rooms. We're always happy to come back. If you arrive with the car, you can enjoy a lot of free parking on the Allgäuer Ring!

The hotel is located near the train station and is better to find. Due to the construction of the site in front of the train station, the environment is slightly messy. Hotel facilities are slightly older, but clean and tidy, the rooms are larger and more comfortable. The breakfast is ordinary Western style, I have traveled to Europe many times, so I am very used to it. As the city is small, the city is nearby, there are many shops and restaurants, and the famous cathedral is just a ten minute walk away.

You get what you see on their website. Rooms small, but very clean. No work desk. Not much privacy as sink and shower are behind curtain, but otherwise open. Restroom separate. Surroundings are noisy which is to be expected in that location between Main Station and Shopping Zone. Windows really tune out the noise, as a consequence room gets quite stuffy and warm. Plenty of pigeons running around on metal framing above window, sounds like rats running inside the ceiling. This might be an issue of the sixth floor only, though. Staff mostly very friendly. Had one grumpy person but maybe they had just a bad day.

Although Maritim is a major chain in Germany as well as throughout Europe, this is the first time my wife and I stayed in one of their properties. All in all, a great hotel offering some incredible views of the Ulm Minster and the Danube. The check in was very easy with most desk clerks having various language skills. What I didn't like was how much more parking and the breakfast was added on to the stay. Still, I must say that the any breakfast offering champagne says a lot to us as we always enjoy several glasses before hitting the pavement to walk the city. We also closed out our evenings each night enjoying more wine and/or champagne. Next time, perhaps we will dine up here in the restaurant with a panorama view overlooking the Danube and the city. This place had an indoor pool; however, the water was not warm. Perhaps that was intentional to dissuade usage in this COVID environment. As Germany continues to open, I may have to start checking this chain out as we were overall impressed.

Positiv: Der super freundliche Empfang, das fröhliche Team und das gute Frühstück (Rührei, Bacon, Waffeln - wirklich lecker). Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sauber, ruhig gelegen. Das Bett allerdings war mit Abstand das schlechteste, das ich je in einem Hotel der Accor-Gruppe hatte: Zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem Doppelbett zusammengeschoben waren; die Betten drifteten gern auseinander, besonders schlimm die schon eingebeulten Topper, die ständig verrutschten. Was gar nicht geht: Ein Bettbezug wurde von einem großen Loch geziert. Also wirklich, bei dem Zimmerpreis sollte das nicht sein. An einem Tag wurde die Zimmerreinigung vergessen, ansonsten war die Reinigung sehr gut! Der Behälter mit dem Duschgel in der Duschkabine im Bad war bei meiner Ankunft leer, wurde dann aber - nachdem ich die Rezeption informiert hatte - ersetzt.
