Since our founding by community leaders in 1978, Hospice of Palm Beach County and Hospice by the Sea have provided compassion and care to persons with life-limiting illness, along with support for their loved ones. We operate as non-profit, 501(c) (3) organization, including our operating company Trustbridge and the community-based Trustbridge Hospice Foundation. This enables us to provide care for all who want and qualify for our services, regardless of their ability to pay.
