Sorry it took so long to write this review. Our family of 5 adults visited Prague and utilized praguetransport. Chris were very accommodating of our delayed flight out of Rome. Chris was waiting with a van at the airport when we arrived. Chris was wonderful to talk with on the drive to our hotel in downtown Prague. He offered some good suggestions for food and drink and managed the narrow downtown streets to drop us right at our check-in spot. He stayed in contact leading up to our departure. Can't recommend enough and the next time we're in Prague will be using again.

Great personal service. Pick up and drop off times for the airport runs were exactly as agreed. Good company along our journeys and a wealth of local knowledge. A reliable and professional company, with a very reasonable price tag. I do recommend the company.

Chris handled a complicated group schedule of arrivals and departures from the Prague airport with transport to our Prague hotel. When flight changes occurred and pickups need to be changed, he did it with speed and professionalism. The transport vehicles we great and the drivers spoke English. Payment was in Czech cash currency. Communication was handled by email. Would not hesitate to recommend for business or vacation travel groups. Thanks!

Reliable and competitively priced, we had a very good experience with Prague Airport Transfers. The online booking is simple and thorough. Communication via email was clear and prompt. We reconnected via WhatsApp the day prior to pickup and the driver arrived as promised. Our driver was great, spoke English and knew the routes to avoid traffic to get us to the airport on time. I would highly recommend prebooking for peace of mind.

I would highly recommend this company which we used both ways from Prague airport to our city centre hotel. Price was fair, communication excellent, driver waiting at the agreed times. Couldn't fault the service plus really enjoyed our chat with driver Scott!

The transfers were easy to arrange with Chris and at a very reasonable rate. Scott was waiting for us in arrivals and very efficiently drove us to our city centre hotel providing lots of useful information along the way. Scott also picked us up from our hotel for the return transfer. It was an excellent service which we would highly recommend and would certainly use again if going back to Prague.

This was a great option for getting to the airport in Prague. Communication was timely and follow up prompt. The driver was personable and courteous. He met us outside our Airbnb as scheduled and was knowledgeable about which area we needed to be dropped off at the airport. Recommend without hesitation!

Do not hesitate to use Prague Airport Shuttle! You will feel like you are being picked up by a family member. Chris was full of very useful information which he gave freely on the ride into Prague. Used them on my return to the airport and made a request to be picked up earlier than scheduled on the same day and they obliged no problem! Solo female traveler. Friendly, prompt and reliable!
