Chris handled a complicated group schedule of arrivals and departures from the Prague airport with transport to our Prague hotel. When flight changes occurred and pickups need to be changed, he did it with speed and professionalism. The transport vehicles we great and the drivers spoke English. Reliable and competitively priced, we had a very good experience with Prague Airport Transfers. The online booking is simple and thorough. Communication via email was clear and prompt. We reconnected via WhatsApp the day prior to pickup and the driver arrived as promised. Our driver was great, spoke English and knew the routes to avoid traffic to get us to the airport on time. The transfers were easy to arrange with Chris and at a very reasonable rate. Scott was waiting for us in arrivals and very efficiently drove us to our city centre hotel providing lots of useful information along the way. Scott also picked us up from our hotel for the return transfer. It was an excellent service which we would highly recommend and would certainly use again if going back to Prague.

Great service both directions from airport. On-time pick up at the airport upon arrival and got a bonus history lesson on the way to our hotel. Our driver on the return trip to airport knew how to get around some construction backups which was great. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Driver was excellent and waiting for me. Just to make sure I’ve chosen the correct business, I’ve submitted a picture of the address. The website said he would give me a bottle of water and a city map. This did not happen.

Excellent service in both directions, modern clean vehicle, the driver David was really informative, gave advice of where to go, expected prices, warnings about keeping our property secure from pick pockets and how to use the transport system.
