Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

Booked the transfer last minute! Great service, professional driver, very comfy car! Booked journey back to airport because of this and service as good! Would thoroughly recommend!

We booked a taxi ahead of travel
It was waiting for us and took us straight to hotel
Well worth the modest outlay as the airport is out of the city and tube travel involves changes and bus connection

Transfer to hotel really easy , driver waiting with named board. The free walking tour with Ross the guide us not to be missed. Excellent knowledge and not strenuous.

A very helpful driver with good local knowledge who drove us from Prague Airport to our hotel. Very comfortable drive with good language skills!

I booked though my hotel. The driver was easy to find at the airport. His large Mercedes mini-bus was clean and comfortable (and bigger than I needed, but normal car price). The driver (sorry, I forget his name) gave me a map and guide book and a voucher for a walking tour and he was friendly and informative. Just near the airport the highway was blocked with lots of police lamps flashing - probably Saab accident. He managed to turn back and went on smaller quiet roads.
Next day I went on the walking tour with guide Ross. It lasted from 11am in the Town Square in the Old Town until about 3 pm at the Castle with a 30 minute lunch break. Ross was a great guide, full of useful information and he's an enthusiastic ambassador for Czech culture, history, etc.
I wasn't expecting much from a free tour, so was pleasantly surprised that it was so good.
Next day I went on the walking tour with guide Ross. It lasted from 11am in the Town Square in the Old Town until about 3 pm at the Castle with a 30 minute lunch break. Ross was a great guide, full of useful information and he's an enthusiastic ambassador for Czech culture, history, etc.

Took the car service from airport to our hotel which was perfect. Took advantage of their free walking tour of Prague. Terrific informative tour. Ross our guide was knowledgeable and an expert in describing everything we saw. The second part of the tour was lead by another individual who was quite disappointing. However the first part is really the informative portion with the second part was a lot of walking to the castle and not a whole lot more. My recommendation is to skip the second part.

Car from airport to resort was there waiting as we’d been told (text to confirm) despite our flight being delayed and then our baggage was delayed too. Great driver. Felt very safe and at no point was he on his phone(unlike other transfers we’ve experienced!!). Paid the driver in cash. Credit card was an option.
Return journey was booked easily.
The car was delayed due to traffic however I was phoned and messaged by the company to keep us informed. The driver was very apologetic when he arrived and took us the quickest way (seemingly)to the airport to avoid the heavy traffic. We arrived in plenty of time and the driver explained where we had to go. Very impressed with the service.

This airport transfer was the worst I have ever had. The gentlemen was dragging my luggage across the cobblestone streets to his car and ripped off one of the wheels of my luggage completely off. It was a spinner luggage and should be on all 4 wheels but he decided to pull on 2 wheels only to rip off the wheel. I addressed this with him and he said the airlines did it. I told him I pulled both pieces of luggage through the airport to outside to meet him and had no problems at all. He went back to look for the wheel and found it and gave it to me. I reported to the Hotel Caesar in Prague where I was staying and they said not their driver. He left immediately so I called the service and they said they would call me back. Of course I never heard from them again. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...

Hello, I think you wrote your experience on the wrong profile. Please check the reservation where you ordered the transport. it all started so well, we arrived in Prague and a driver was waiting and off we went to hotel. Upon arriving I asked the driving what the payment options were(all up front or pay for each leg) We paid £22 for that journey and were told a driver would be waiting for us on our return leg when we could pay for that journey once completed.
This is where it all goes wrong, our return was booked for 03:30 on the Sunday...the driver didn’t turn up. We rang several numbers on the transport voucher and confirmation email as did the hotel receptionist with no joy what so ever, some numbers didn’t work at all and others just didn’t pick up.
We had no Czech money left and were going to pay the taxi in sterling(which they allow) and were stranded, thankfully the hotel receptionist sorted something out for us otherwise we were stuffed.
At 06:37(37mins after our fight had departed we received the following email
“We are very sorry but the driver overslept, thanks for your understanding”

Having read some horror stories about taxis in Prague we booked this service for our arrival transfer from the airport to the hotel. They were recommended in the forums.
Excellent, easy and convenient. More expensive than a taxi but less expensive than the service our hotel offered.

Are there any restrictions on times? I have a 6am flight out of Prague and am staying in Old Town so I imagine the pickup time will be quite early in the morning/late at night.

Shouldn't be a problem. We had a 6:45 flight so we left from Mala Strana at 5:00 am and the driver was right on time(even a little early). And there was no extra charge for such an early pick up. The traffic was light at that time and we made it to the airport in less than 30 minutes.
