Amazing service; the driver was early, reminded me that is there via 2 messaging platforms, prepaid rates are fair (if you search other companies you be surprised what they charge) driver speaking English and friendly. The bottom line is I do recommend this service.

5 star service. We had a shared transfer, on arrival we shared with one other couple, on departure, we had our own car. Both drivers were excellent. We were delighted to be given a map and guidebook on arrival, and we joined their free walking tour (tip the guide), which we enjoyed too. This company is excellent.

Our assigned driver was not waiting for us. We had to call and then wait around 10 minutes for a substitute driver to pick us up. The driver was really professional and the ride was calm and relaxing. I’d give this service 5 stars had the driver been waiting for us with the orange sign at the arrivals hall.

We booked this as we didn't fancy the bus and metro, and the reviews for taxis didn't fill me with confidence either. We were greeted by David at the airport and he was very friendly. Prior to pick up, we were well notified by email. The transfer was straight forward and David gave us a map and recommended some places to eat and visit. Would definitely recommend this

We booked our pick up and drop off from Prague airport with this company and found their drivers to be very professional and helpful, cars clean and spacious. They also provided a car seat for the baby and helped with luggage. Yes, you can try your luck with some off the ride apps but we found that those rarely had availability for cars with a baby seat and found this company to be more reliable. Prices were reasonable considering the meet and greet service and it was a fixed rate. Drivers allow you to pay by card (with card machines) but we paid in advance for ease. The company provided email and text updates too.

No way, these transfers are incredibly expensive. They charge 800,- CZK (!!!) Almost a scam! If you don`t like to get overpriced just for a simple transfer to the downtown. Please! Use the public transport, the buses and subway transfers are just perfect, you will pay only 40,- CZK and you get almost as fast as with any taxi or so on. Watch the youtube channel "honest guide" - you will get plenty of perfect advices how not to get ripped off in Prague.

Very smooth experience at the airport, which avoided the stress of wondering if I'd be able to get a reliable taxi upon arrival. My driver, Adam, was very friendly, polite and professional. He spoke perfect English and we had a good conversation on the way to the hotel. The journey itself was smooth, in a comfortable Mercedes. I would book again without hesitation.

The booking process was easy and the car arrived on time. The drive into Prague was smooth and our driver gave us some good information and tips. The free guide book was much better than we expected and we used it as part of our visit. We were offered the free walking tour but didn’t take it up. We would use them again.
