We travelled from Berlin to Prague by train, unfortunately the train was slightly delayed, but our driver contacted us a couple of times nearing the end of our journey and then messaged us giving us directions where to meet him on arrival at the station. This service was excellent and very professional. The driver communicated in English and was able to give us a few tips of where to go and how to get around.

Reliable Service with good Communication. Just look out for an email to confirm your details as sometimes if you book through a third party like GYG the flight info doesn’t get sent to them. Cars are clean and comfortable, drivers friendly.

We were met at the airport by Daniel. He was really friendly and polite, giving us a warm welcome to Prague, and he was an excellent driver. Our flight was delayed so it was good to know that they knew our flight number and would be there to greet us whatever time we turned up. It worked out that Daniel was also our driver for our return journey, which we were delighted about. He turned up a comfortable 10 mins before the time we had requested - just perfect for knowing that our ride was there but not too long to feel uncomfortable about keeping him waiting. We would definitely recommend the company and it was worth that little bit extra for knowing our transfers were all sorted.

Booked this transfer from the UK but you can book direct. Arrived at Prague airport and the driver was there waiting with a board with my name on it. Service was excellent and provided us with a map of Prague each and also a booklet of places to visit, eat etc. A really great service. We booked the company direct for the return trip, very easy to do. On the day, we rang to see if they could pick us up earlier due to a possible French air strike and the driver turned up in 15min. Overall a great service. Would highly recommend.

We booked sedan car for four of us and we’re lucky to get a very comfy minibus. Return transfers both drivers turned up On time, smartly dressed and we had water on our return transfer Our return driver Martin even waited at the airport for a while after drop off as one of the party dropped and left her mobile in the taxi. He’d heard it ring and stayed out until she realised and came out. Thank you !

A great experience right from the point of making the booking. We used them for return transfers from Prague airport to our hotel in the city. Lots of clear communication ahead of flying out to Prague and again ahead of the return journey. Both times the drivers arrived promptly, were very friendly and the cars were very well presented. The journeys themselves were very smooth and relaxing. The driver from the airport also provided lots of tips and advice for our weekend in the city. Fantastic service!
