Tricho Studio - Hair Salons - 310 Briarwood Cir, Ann Arbor, MI - Phone Number - Services - Yelp
Met with Eslie for a wash, a cut and a simple idea of what I wanted in my mind.
I always wanted bangs, but lacked a bit of confidence. Eslie's ability to see my vision and encourage me toward my goals helped me take the leap! She is thoughtful, skillful and gave me excellent advice for maintaining healthy hair! She made me so comfortable and I would trust her with anyone's hair! GO and see her if you would like to work with someone who really knows her stuff and is just a pleasure to have as a guide on your hair journey!
Going to TrichoStudio was the very best decision I could have made! Brittany was OUTSTANDING! I came in with over processed hair with damage and she created an incredible and trendy new look for me. The color is perfect, the cut outstanding. Brittany took her time, a lot of time, to ensure a perfect color and the perfect cut. If I could have given this experience 100 stars I would have. From the time I entered I found the environment to be welcoming, fun, friendly and comfortable. I will be coming back and look forward to future fabulous hair experiences at Tricho!
My hair needed help. It was too long and I couldn't manage it. It was coarse and too blooming thick. I read other reviews and was sooo ready to try a new place.
I came to Armando and thanks to him I left a new woman. We had a nice consultation and we parted friends. He was thoughtful and best...truthful. A good quality in a stylist. His skills were very good. I had a Brazilian blowout and a cut and style. Couldn't be happier with the results.
My sister came and got a haircut and bought a product that the hairstylist prompted. She accidentally left it at the counter and called a couple days later. The receptionist was incredibly rude over the phone and was insinuating that we were trying to get something for free. We just recently went back and there was no apology for the rude customer service and the receptionist that I talked to said he would look into it. I waited while my sister got her hair cut and he did not approach me again and saw us when we were checking out and didn't bother to approach us with his findings. I had to reproach him and ask him what he found out which he just passed off with a 20% off our next product purchase. I've worked in customer service for 20 years and I was really disappointed with how they handled their customers. It was a really unfortunate visit. I would've been fine if he would've come over with his finding. Apologized, and tell him his policies and what he was able to do or even asked a manager to come over.
I was impressed today by a member of the staff here named Sam at the front desk. I have an injured shoulder and Sam offered me assistance above what was required, and with a smile! Excellent customer service skills! Also, when I offered a gratuity, she declined and wished I had a good day, which I have! Thank You, Samantha!
Juli Fox at Tricho is consistently extraordinary. She is confident about her skill; LISTENS to what I need; and has done a magical job of covering some wicked gray hair.
I would sing her praises to anyone looking for a hairdresser who is professional; not overly chatty; confident; genius with color; and available evenings.
The salon itself is a little noisy; high traffic; and maybe not the most posh salon I've been in. Having Juli do my hair and have it come out spot on every time makes it well worth the cost and the noise :)
I just got back into town after being gone for months and one of the first things I did was to call Tricho's to make an appointment with Sonya but to my horror they told me she is no longer there! Help!!!
I have developed a serious case hair salon phobia --many years in the making. I rarely have ever gotten what I hope for(or ask and explain in detail often w/pics) in a cut and although I have gotten somewhat closer with color at times, it is seldom exactly right. This has all has left me, well, frankly, a little traumatized. Well, lo and behold, today I am on a haircut and color high, I keep going back to the mirror, not believing my own good luck! I just love, love, love my hair and I love Sonya for doing what no one else has seemed able to do for me-- that is giving me just what I wanted, just what I asked for! She really listened and she has the ear, the skills and creativity, evidently, to do what no one else has been able to do. I am so grateful and relieved to have found a great stylist--at long, long last!
