The most useful review selected by IndeedThis place has not passed an audit in years. They get strong leadership that can help turn it around but refuse to let the problems go. I was there 6 months and went through 2 regional directors. Which actually was a good thing. 3 GM s. 4 front desk mgrs 2 food beverage mgrs and all they believe in is lowering the moral and competence of employees. It is not a hilton.

Great Leadership

Working for TPG was a wonderful experience for me. The CEO has great pride in this company and the employees who work there. Managers were always looking to improve processes to benefit the company.

What is the best part of working at the company?Some of the people that work there . Nothing else about thus job is positiveWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Upper management. Would rather choke on their own spit before they ever thanked you for doing good What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Hostile. You will be yelled at by upper management What is a typical day like for you at the company?Extremely stressful. Run you to death. Think you should have esp. But would never offer any assistance

People are super nice and they always want the very best for you! I will say the only reason why I left is because I need part time at the time! Would work here again!
