The Good:most time off requests are approved, room for free thinking, culture among employees is excellent, owner is transparent on state of business and future vision, lots to learn about payroll/insurance, problem solvers will have lots of challenges, everyday is differentThe Bad:time off requests are unpaid, free thinking is sometimes another phrase for unstructured, culture among upper management is poor, key players in company are drastically overworked, raises are rare, upper management has a hard time agreeing with each other on what their teams should be doing, no holidays are celebrated and very few holidays are had off

Family owned business

Family owned business with many family members working in the office. Just like any office, theres favoritism. You're expected to be at your desk at all times but 10 min breaks help. Owner doesn't give yearly reviews or rises. He will give you a rise when he feels like you deserve one. You can move up in the company with NO salary change. Don't expect have to have many holidays off, holidays are also not celebrated in the office. It was an interesting place to work because you are also allowed to drink in the office, usually during potlucks or around closing time. This made it fun at times.

No dress code, Random Potluck BBQs

LOW salaries, Very little holidays off, No yearly rises

Fun and focused work environment !!

Outstanding team of knowledgeable coworkers. A great company delivering more to their workers and clients. TPG is a family owned business and the owners understand family comes first. Some employees have kids in sports that like to leave a little early in seasons to watch their kids play. It really is comforting in this day and age, as long as you do your job you feel right at home !

Good Environment and Fun place to work

TPG is all around a good place to work. Everyone gets along really well. We're a family, we're a team. A lot of room for growth here. We all help each other.

Activities

A Typical working place, I enjoy working with the customers, most customer contact was over the phone, there were some walk in's . It was a small family owed environment so a very small office. In the summer months we had BBQ's Pot Luck once a month.
