Pros
The fantastic friends that I made and the holidays are nice.
Cons
If you need a job, it pays better than most retail places. Like every job you have coworkers that don't pull their share of the work, here it is in overabundance and they don't often get in trouble for it either. You are asked to do extra work even if you have finished your assigned portion of the work; after they tell you that you are able to leave early and get paid your full 40 hours if you finish your work early. If you have an issue, don't worry you can't report it to HR! There isn't one that is directly accessible to employees, because having access to HR is "weird"! For being considered a "tech" company, the technology they provide to employees are awful and can hardly run Chrome with all the security programs they have. There have been hour long meetings where they talk about how important the analyst are, but there’s no shown appreciation. If you want a job that has great communication between its employees then this is not the place for you. The best way to find out any information is from rumors! Nothing was ever written in stone, so everything you've ever been told could change at the drop of a hat. This job has a high turn over rate, so if you're looking to meet new people, this is the place for you! And let's not forget the unlimited PTO, which you can take whenever you want, but you'll be asked to try to make up the hours on another day or on the weekends!

Pros
The position itself is very easy.
Cons
The initial vision and description of the job position sounds exciting and interesting. But the actual job itself is mundane and monotonous.

Pros
There were very few pros. Work hours were flexible, and I met some nice people.
Cons
This place is very poorly managed. Training was not good, and it was hard to even tell what exactly the job was supposed to entail sometimes. People were constantly being moved from team to team. We were told to tell employees one thing while a different thing was happening. The biggest problem is the CEO, she constantly makes changes without regard to the current teams, and speaks rudely to employees. Most people said they had all been scolded and embarrassed by her at some point, it was almost a "normal" thing. Everyone would walk on eggshells when having meetings with her. Pay was not great. All in all, this job is not a good place if you want to be treated well and like an adult.

Cons
Needs more organization and structure with processes.

Pros
The people are the greatest part of the job. Most of the analysts are incredibly helpful and make the office a fun place to work.
Cons
Information is siloed between departments and the CEO feels the need to micromanage too much. The work from home policy is too strict and the benefits are not great.

Pros
The staff below the "Executive Belt" have the intent to assist where they can and fully understands how to get the job done. The main redeeming quality is that the regular staff in every department knows how to do their job.
Cons
Lack of Leadership: One of the biggest issues that plagues this company is that the managers are constantly rotating as retention is in the gutter. Due to the nature of keeping the CEO happy, true leadership is not cultivated nor accepted. Leaders are not allowed to incorporate advancements in organizational change without running it by upper management so that the CEO can accept/disapprove of such methods. Training and Development: There is no proper training for any position within the company. You are hired and then thrust into a 2 to 4-week training that does not help you to succeed when you begin working in your role. Unfortunately, any team building or training efforts have to be approved by upper management before being implemented. Compensation: Behavior Science Analysts are paid so poorly that they have to work multiple jobs while working full-time. Any other position in any other department is paid at a higher rate. Nepotism: There is no amount of experience or education that can get past the nepotism in this company. Hiring individuals to executive roles based on how many years they have been the CEO's friend should never be allowed. The internal staff has a permanent ceiling that they will never be able to get through due to hiring practices. It's a system that limits well-qualified members that spent years in the same role.
