I traveled here on a business trip despite it being a holiday weekend. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly at arrival and throughout my stay with restaurant recommendations and chocolate chip cookies. Breakfast was warm and delicious with a very friendly Peggy and Candi making fresh waffles and making sure the eggs, sausage, biscuits, and cereal were well stocked. The hotel is very clean. I only stayed 2 nights so I didn’t meet any of the housekeepers, but they’re doing a great job prior to arrival and in the main areas of the hotel. The rooms are very quiet, good shower water pressure, and I only heard other people once and it was some excited kids running down the hallway. 😂 they have all the regular amenities with free wifi.
We had a short stayed at TownePlace Suites in Hot Springs, AR. It is a very nice, modern hotel. The room and common areas were all clean and all the staff ws had contact with were professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
Fast, efficient, and accurate check-in. Spotless hallway, elevator, and room floors. Bright hallways and rooms with many bright lights. The room also comes with a fixed coat hanger in the atrium area. Thanks to the welcome gift! Very happy and pleased with the room. Plenty of USB and electrical outlet throughout. Kitchen is fully functional and equipped, we even got a toaster. Minor adjustments: the toilet roll is not “at least” 75% full. Hot water is “warm/hot” not “hot/hot”, some water stain left on the bathtub facet head, which could be wiped out easily. Central Air was set in “cold” mode vs “heat”. A pillow had two small spots – looks like they are marks from a black pen. The checkout staff at first was a bit challenging to work with in getting the printout receipt. WiFi worked on check-in day but was cutoff/unable to log on the next morning at check out. Had the front desk checkout staff been easier to work with + working WiFi at all times, this hotel would have received a 5 out of 5.…
We get to our room ready to relax, turn on the TV, and change before dinner. Excited we splurged a bit with a $215/night suite for 2 nights. The TV in the living room area doesn't work at all. The maintenance man was in our room for over 30 minutes making several phone calls to get it to work but wasn't able to make it work. It showed weak signal and had no connection. He made our room have an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and it was giving us headaches. When my kids pull out the couch bed, it's unmade. For a room that gives the option to use said bed and that you pay to use the bed, one would think that it would be made. Front desk tells us the items to make the bed are in the closet and she brought pillows with pillow cases for us, the customers, to put on. She brought us pillows because there were none in the room. One of the pillows were dirty along with the pillow case they brought for us to put on. My daughter then goes to take a bath. When she is ready to get out, the stopper breaks apart and doesn't work. Now, we don't have a shower. So instead of enjoying dinner with my family and hanging out, we are switching our room that I had to ask for even though she knew we were having such issues including no useable shower. We move to another room on the other side of the hotel to another bed that is unmade. We went to pull out the bedding for the couch bed and there is no bag of sheets and comforter to make the bed in the new room. Thank goodness, I grabbed the one clean pillow we were given because we didn’t have any in the new room. We had to ask for sheets to make this new bed. I have never experienced this before and never thought I would since we are paying this much for a room. I am very disappointed, and even though I won't let it ruin our only family vacation this summer, we will not be back to this hotel. I pray you won't be as inconvenienced as we were if you choose to stay here. I am not one to normally write a review, but this was really unacceptable and took away too much of what little family time we had for our trip.…
Very much enjoyed this hotel. It is far enough away from the main road that noise is not an issue. The rooms are good sized and have a microwave, stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and sink. The bathroom was clean and had adequate counter space. Plenty of charging ports and outlets in the unit. The staff was super nice!!
This location sits on top of a hill, far from stripmalls that have restaurants. Outside was a sitting area with bonfire that you can lounge around. The room was spacious, has TV, full kitchen with dishwater, full size ref and a coffee station. They have a very unique customized breakfast tray that fits into the ottoman, as well as a rolling little desk, both of these can covert to computer desks. I found that feature unique in this hotel. They have a digital key feature if you sign-up on their app. Hotel was also pet-friendly, which can be great for those travelling with pets. But for us it was a little nuisance because the dogs above our floor was running around the floor and the one close to us were barking often. Complimentary breakfast was good as well, they had hot and cold items (see pics). Ice machine was also available if needed. Overall, this accomodation was a good stay and we will come back here again!…
Although I tend to write rather lengthy reviews, my stay at TownePlace Suites in Hot Springs went so smoothly that I'll be able to keep this one pretty short. The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The location is very convenient and close to plenty of dining establishments, but it's set off the road enough that the noise level is very low. They definitely seemed to be following Covid-19 protocols from what I could see. The grab and go breakfast is prepared ahead of time, and you get a bag that contains a small bottle of water, a breakfast bar, and a muffin. For those of you used to larger breakfasts, the limited breakfast offering will likely be the only disappointment during your entire stay. Lastly, I should mention that this is a pet-friendly hotel as well, but they tend to keep guests with pets on the lower floors. Just ask for a room on a higher floor, and you should be fine even if you suffer from pet allergies.…
Hotel was clean and the room had convenient features such as refrigerator, coffee pot, dishwasher and dishes. Nice desk area with usb connections. Pump style shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower Staff was super friendly.
This is a great modern hotel. The entire experience was good. Nice and clean. The room had a microwave and stove top and refrigerator which is a bonus from most hotels. The staff were excellent and breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel.
Let me start out by saying I have a lab an just kinda planned a last minute trip to Hot Springs Arkansas! I live in Memphis and I normally take my dog to Pet Suties for boarding when I go out of town we’ll to make a long story short I thought I would be able to make an appointment for him but they had no availability!!!! I didn’t panic I just took a deep breath an said to myself I’ve took my dog on a road trip before but let me see what hotels in Hot Spring are pet friendly.I was pleasantly surprised to find quite a few an made some phone calls inquiring about size, weight, and breed restrictions an everyone was very accommodating but I chose to go with this particular hotel ! Let me just tell you it was the best decision I could’ve made. Before I arrived I called to confirm that I could bring my dog Frank an that I would be arriving late. Once I got there I was pleasantly surprised that my room was clean, and the hotel was brand new. Not only was it a beautiful room it was conveniently located on the first floor, right by the double doors so I could conveniently take my dog out even the windows we designed so he could look out . The floors were not carpeted so it was genius but he never had a accident. Everything was perfect I highly recommend this hotel an it’s conveniently located to all the attractions and restaurants! This hotel deserves 10 star rating!!!!!!!…
