This site contains summarized property record cards.  To obtain a full property record card,  please visit the Assessing Office in Town Hall, 6 Village Green.

Mailing addresses are available only in the Assessing Office. The mailing addresses are not displayed on this site.

 

The Town of Pelham, NH has contracted with Vision Government Solutions to host this website. This website will allow you to search for properties by street address or by map-lot-block. Please note that addresses may change to comply with Enhanced 911 parameters. Please call or visit the Assessing Office to verify the current street addresses.

2021 was our re-certification year. Essentially, this is an audit of our files to be sure we are maintaining accurate records and equitable assessments. To that end we conduct cyclical inspections on an annual basis.  We will visit your property at least once every four years, or sooner if there is a building permit issued.
