Question
I use Torlock a lot as it has a better lay out than most other sites I use, a better search tool and you can download torrents rather than just opening the magnet.
But I just can't open the site anymore. I'm just met by a page that says it can't be found/accessed//reached. Is anyone else having the issue?
Edit: I can literally only access TPB. No other site I usually use is loading.

Try torlock2.com.
Just saw your edit. If your ISP was blocking your ability to access torrent sites you would think you wouldn't be able to access TPB. What are some of the other sites you can't access? What about 1337x.to?
Edit: how about rarbg.to and bitsearch.to?
I tried again and I can access all of them now except for torlock.
Did you try torlock2.com? Torlock.com hasn't been reachable for me for several days now.
